Followed by the tritip which was on the Mac and cheese. The brisket on the burger was really dry. It needed bbq sauce to get down. The ribs looked like they were cremated. I know some people dig "bark." But there was more bark than meat and the ribs were tough. The potato salad was pretty bland. And the Mac and cheese was as well. Even tge bbq sauce seemed plain. It was just a bad experience for as much as we spent. Maybe if they were closer id try again. But at between the distance and price, we won't be back.

I threw half of it away. The potato salad was undercooked and just meh. It didn't have much flavor. The BBC burger did have plenty of the brisket, but the brisket was also dry. My husband said the best part of it was the beef patty. The tri tip Mac and cheese was edible, but nothing extraordinary. They threw on some meat, bbq sauce, and canned jalapeños. Overall, we spent $50 and drove 40 minutes for bad bbq. We love supporting local businesses and don't mind spending our hard earned money on good food, but this place was not it.
