The sandwiches at this location is EXTREMELY poor. I rather drive to Fresno to eat my favorite sandwich spot. I have given this location multiple opportunities to redeem itself but nothing has proven itself. Tbh The sandwich is great But depending on where you get the sandwich, some of those workers put too much sauce, and the sandwich gets soggy before you even have a chance to eat it. I ordered the tuna sandwich and the tuna was really good. I was pleasantly surprised. It has sprouts on it and lettuce, pickles, and banana peppers and everything was fresh and delicious. This location is horrible now. It was so-so before but now it's just horrible. I will no longer go back to this location. The last time I went I nearly broke a took on how hard the Dutch Crunch bread was, ended up only eating the inside throwing the bread out. I have been going here since they first opened, and I have watched as the quality deteriorated, ESPECIALLY over the last 2 years. Noticeably smaller portions of meat, fewer toppings, and half empty bags of fries are the new normal here. I'm not even sure if they use the same spread as they used to because there isn't enough to taste! I've gone here at least a dozen times this year, and every visit is worse than the last. I don't know if there was a change in management, or if the employment quality has fallen that far, but this place has nearly lost me as a customer. $100 to feed my family and bread is torn to bits with no meat! I'm assuming that because he took my order and then he went and sat down with his family while the one girl was in the kitchen making sandwiches. It only took about 15 minutes for my sandwich but it could've been a lot faster had he been helping her. He did get up, however, to ask her if the sandwiches were ready. Me and my buddies drove a good fifteen minutes or so only to be disappointed again and again because Yelpers failed to report some sandwich establishment have been permanently closed. I'm very specific when I order at Deli Delicious because they do not off a "club" sandwhich but they do have a number 10 "build your own." The tables were clean and not crowded together, the lighting was soft and casual, a local radio station was playing in the background, and our order was brought out to the table for us. This was a great find in Madera !!! It's been tucked away here for three years according to the manager who came out to chat with me at the table and check on the quality of our service and our order.
