I have given this location multiple opportunities to redeem itself but nothing has proven itself. I ordered the tuna sandwich and the tuna was really good. I was pleasantly surprised. It has sprouts on it and lettuce, pickles, and banana peppers and everything was fresh and delicious. This location is horrible now. It was so-so before but now it's just horrible. I will no longer go back to this location. The last time I went I nearly broke a took on how hard the Dutch Crunch bread was, ended up only eating the inside throwing the bread out. I have been going here since they first opened, and I have watched as the quality deteriorated, ESPECIALLY over the last 2 years. Noticeably smaller portions of meat, fewer toppings, and half empty bags of fries are the new normal here. I'm not even sure if they use the same spread as they used to because there isn't enough to taste! I've gone here at least a dozen times this year, and every visit is worse than the last. I've been to Deli Delicious before so I had a certain expectation and I'm happy to say I wasn't let down. I was promptly greeted with a warm smile and the cashier did not rush my order at all. I'm very specific when I order at Deli Delicious because they do not off a "club" sandwhich but they do have a number 10 "build your own." The tables were clean and not crowded together, the lighting was soft and casual, a local radio station was playing in the background, and our order was brought out to the table for us. This was a great find in Madera !!! It's been tucked away here for three years according to the manager who came out to chat with me at the table and check on the quality of our service and our order. The fries came with sides of ranch dressing and ketchup. The service was fine, faster than I expected based on other reviews. It took about 10 minutes.
