I won't lie I come here often and sometimes it be like meh but every single time I come and Able is working he has such a great attitude and he does his best to make sure the guests are satisfied, literally every single time I come he has the same bubbly attitude, and he's always trying to make my day. I had the misfortune of visiting this establishment today to pick up an order to be delivered. The customer to whom I was delivering, let me know that I was at least the fourth driver to be assigned to this order and was asking me for an update. From experience, I knew immediately that the first driver assigned to the order had more than likely stolen it, and that other drivers had received the order and then just unassigned the order (never letting the delivery service know the situation) which ultimately only frustrates the customer, but it does continue to raise the fare for the driver, which was pretty inflated by this time. I did not want the customer to have to continue to wait, and since the fare was so inflated by this time, I made the decision to just re-order the exact same order and pay for it out-of-pocket, since it would still be a pretty high paying payday for me personally for the order especially with the short drive involved. I approached the kitchen and confirmed my suspicion that the original order had already left the restaurant and was never going to make it to the customer. I did not ask to have them remake the order for free as I was offering to pay for it myself. The manager was either having a horrible day or is just a very rude and hateful individual all of the time and could only respond "I need them to submit a ticket." I assumed by "them" that he was referring to the delivery service and I tried three times to ask him if he would just ring up the ticket and I'd pay for it out of my pocket. His response to that was to very angrily say "get out of my restaurant" three times. I looked at him in disbelief, went to my vehicle, pulled around the building into a stall and re-ordered the customer's order. (Someone took the order verbally over the speaker which was all that I was trying to get done with the manager in the first dang place.) The restaurant was not busy and the order was given to me fairly quickly; however, the actions of this manager were beyond ridiculous. I don't know if he was just having a bad day, has a bad temper 24 hours a day or if the responsibilities of being a team leader is just too much pressure on him; however, it is not the face that the franchise owners would want representing them nor the company itself. These reviews probably only get seen by the public and the manager himself, so I'm sure that nothing will be done to address the situation; however, as I look through all of the other recent reviews - this restaurant is off the rails and his lack of leadership and professionalism is exactly why....just in case the franchise owners are wondering why. Dude is a ticking time bomb. He is not the answer to any questions that the franchise owners may have on regarding why this particular store is failing. The only question he answers for the franchise owners is "who on staff is most likely to casts to be named in a law suit?" I repeat: Dude is a ticking time bomb. read more

After asking 4 times for my order update, they FINALLY came out with my order, food cold, ice cream literally melted into milk. I had the Sonic classic cheeseburger with a small order of mozzarella sticks - they did forget my dipping sauce but no big deal given it was busy during my visit. We spent almost 10 minutes waiting. There were maybe 4-5 cars there. Not sure why we couldn't get our order. We left with no shake. My order from DoorDash was canceled on the spot.. my dasher wasted his time and money only to be shut down once the order had gone through (they said they were open but only for drive thru--not third part apps). We have been to this location several times and each time wait for over 30 minutes. I understand that people are short staffed these days and try to be gracious but today was the final straw. We placed an online order and waited outside for 35 minutes. When we asked about it the lady informed us that the ice cream machine was down. While that wasn't her fault, we wasted over half an hour sitting in the car waiting for our order to come out. They definitely could have given us the courtesy of letting us know when we checked in to pick up the order. Instead they wasted over half an hour of our night. Ordered online 25 minutes until close, arrived 20 minutes until close. 20 minutes later, woman comes out saying they closed down ALL the machines early cause they didn't expect anyone to come in. Now, I worked fast food for years, and NEVER once did we close down every single machine before close because someone could always come in, we normally left at least one machine up just in case. Is it annoying, yeah, but it's fast food! It happens. And they took 20 minutes to even bring the receipt out! Like I wasted 20 minutes of MY time to not even get my food.
