Great service. Slow to clean tables. Food is always good and fresh. I do wish the parking and accessibility to the business wasn't so scary with the huge drive through business it gets. read more

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese muffin from Chick-fill-a for breakfast via the app and ended up getting a chicken egg and cheese muffin instead. When I called to report that my order was incorrect, they informed me my name would be added to a list and they would allow me to come back and have my order replaced. I came back about a week and a half later and was told that my name was not on a list but they would replace my order this time. Overall, happy with the resolution but was surprised that my name was not on the list. I usually place my order in the Chick-fil-a app and then pick my order up in the drive through. Today I was not able to do this due to the situation. The drive thru lines are usually long but they move pretty quickly. They are always sending me offers via email for free items and I appreciate it and always redeem them. read more

I've been going to this location for over 15 years service is always fast when going through the drive-thru even though it may look overwhelming at times. If you go inside, the staff is very friendly as they are known for with a clean dining room and bathroom with quick service inside as well. the food always is hot and if I've ever had a problem with an order, they've always taken care of it. no questions asked and even went above and beyond at times. The parking lot can get a little crowded at times, but that's not their faults. read more

Chick-fil-A is my guilty pleasure. There is no better waffle fries....crispy on the outside and soft on inside. Love the chicken nuggets...no other equivalent item at other fast foods. in addition, I had unsweet tea, which quenched my thirst. My meal was so super satisfying... I went through the drive through and with no wait time. Of course, this was the new Chick-fil-A on Hwy 620. Likely most people do not know that it is now open...Yay me! Overall, the exterior of the building looked visually appealing. You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A! Being closed on Sundays, creates even greater demand. read more

Order went missing. No fault of the staffs. Hailey noticed that I hadn't been served yet and immediately processed a new order so that I would be fresh. The manager Richmond gave me a couple of coupons for future use. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service. read more

The quality of the food and service has taken a nose dive. Chick-fil-A is not what it use to be. I paid $20 for a salad and 8 grilled nuggets. The nuggets were dry and crunchy and they didn't give me the sauce I ordered. The salad had brown leaves and a few slices of chicken. I told them no nuts I'm allergic and they gave me double nuts. Terrible experience overall. I should've known not to stop when I saw security standing guard outside. read more

The food was like every other Chick-fil-A. The staff was on their phones, which I have never experienced before at a Chick-fil-A. The store does not have as much space as other Chick-fil-As. The parking and driveway are challenging to manage during busy times. I also do not understand the need to put drinks in holders that I then have to take out and put in cup holders in my car. The area of Austin has many questionable people, but not the establishment's fault. read more

Today we used the application and did 3 orders at the drive-through. Every time we come pick up our food here over, this Chick-fil-A location they have all of our items corrected which is a win because we only have 30 minutes to come back to work. My salad is so warm and fresh. I cannot wait to grub on my dinner. Now my colleague couldnt wait to eat, she was starving and started eating right away. The staff you can tell work hard and as a team. When we got to the window they confirmed each order with all the details. I dont eat here often but when I order, it is the best Cobb salad in the area! Because this location is typically busy around dinner time, the staff ensure that the traffic flow is amazing. The location is quite clean from the outside and there are any large amount of staff members available for assistance. Customer service is everything and I Chick-fil-A you'll get it right on point. read more

Kathy took our order today. It was very different from a usual experience at Chick-fil-A. She didn't acknowledge me or even look up at me. She asked "what do you want". After giving her our order she put the card reader in my face and then said "I am going inside now". No payment confirmation or thank you or anything lol. Not even the usual "my pleasure". Such a weird experience. Unpleasant Chick-fil-A experience. read more

So I put in an order for delivery from the restaurant. It was through DoorDash, except this is not a DoorDash error. The DoorDash delivered what was in the bag that was meant for me. Some of my order was not there. Proceeded to contact the restaurant because I wanted to see the issue and they said I needed to contact DoorDash. I did contact DoorDash and they sent for a redelivery. After a whole hour of waiting for the redelivery, I just got a message that they are unable to fulfill my order. And the Dasher was already at the store according to DoorDash. So extremely dissatisfied. read more

Worst experience at Chick-Fil-A today. The girl who gave us our food through the drive through window had a mad face when we pulled up and didn't even say my pleasure after i said Thank you for the food. Had to leave a review because this has never happened to me at Chick-Fil-A. read more

Needed a quick lunch on the way into work. No line as I walked inside to order. Cashier was friendly and helpful, the order was accurate. Temperature and taste of the meal was perfect. Only downside is the jam-packed parking lot but that's not really the fault of Chick-fil-A. read more

I visit Chick Fil A at lest once a week weather this location or another I am alwaysgreeted in such a postive way except at this Ben White location . Tha manger which i am assuming since she was wearing button down shirt had brown hair and glasses i wish i had gotten her name .My order was just sitting on counter as I waited in the pick up line for over 10 minutes I got down and she was so rude like it was a bother that I asked about my order. No greeting no smile nothing . As a manger or asst manager set an example for your employess. Chiick fila has a high standard and I have seen the employee video and she did NOT seem to remeber how to treat people. So disappointing. read more

I'm usually very satisfied with any location and have never had any bad experiences anywhere. I've always loved chick-fil-a! I seriously used to eat it almost everyday of my pregnancy. Until tonight, I ordered a salad and a kids meal for my daughter. When I got home and made her plate and finally sat down to fix my salad, I noticed a cricket in the box! Good colleagues of mine and I placed a large mobile order on the Chick-Fil-A app. Great software. I can't ever remember a time where a team member forgot an item of any order we have placed, we have ordered here for decades. I didn't think to check the bag with items, as the line was surprisingly short, I was serviced well, and was in and out in 2 minutes. I arrived at my location and my chicken sandwich was not there, but listed on the bag tag and the receipt. The issue there: that was the only thing I ordered, and left me without a meal for my lunch break. We called the store to check about a refund. My colleague spoke to Kayla and was prepared to dissolve this error positively. We were able to get the refund, however, there was no remorse or apology on their end, which was shocking coming from a location that prides themselves on prioritizing the customer. Just wish to have been reimbursed more. read more

3 cars in line including me. The drive-thru lady tried to tell the breakfast burrito isn't on the menu anymore. I tried to tell her it was and I was looking at it. After finally convincing her it was the on the menu she got it right. Then the lady giving me the food reads out my order and I say "yes," only for her to give me STALE chicken minis. Yes I ate them because I was hungry. Just be better, and nicer like the rest of the Chick-fil-A's (Yes my fault for not checking, I was in a rush... they weren't) This happened at 9am August 9th. I have been coming here for years and in the past 2-3 years have been exclusively only been using the app to make my purchases whether I am driving thru for pickup or parking to go inside to eat. I like ordering through the app because it allows you to be picky as heck and specify exactly what you need and want on your food. Service is always friendly and fast but you have to understand that this location is right off 2 major highways so it will get crowded. Mornings - the earlier you arrive the better if you are going through the drive-thru. Again my best experiences have been when I order prior to showing up through the app. Afternoon - it gets really busy here especially between 11:45am - 1pm so be ready to wait and / or find a good parking spot away from the drive thru area if you are pressed for time. With the Starbucks business, Cabo Bob's, and the other businesses that get crowded in this shopping center parking can be challenging. Evening - the earlier the better for this time too. We like to park away from the drive thru area and come in. We pre-order through the app and find a spot to sit down. The app has the ability to scan where you are sitting (booth or table has a number at the end of the table) when you arrive and a team member will come out and bring your order directly to you! Highly recommend this especially if you are coming in to eat and/or in a hurry. This location is super generous with the "rewards" or free and discounted specials they provide via the app so be sure to tap in. read more

Always great food and service. Never been disappointed with chick fil a. This is what a restaurant can be when it's managed well

Placed an order on the Chick-fil-A App, Chick-fil-A sends the order to door dash. They did not give us ANY of our 4 $6 milkshakes and the women we spoke to @12:15 7/23/24. She was terrible & rude & Baisically told us it's not her problem.. Such a disgusting look for Chick-fil-A. Especially when it's supposed to stand for such good morals. She told us she was a manager! How embarrassing that this organization promotes people who behave so distasteful. Very disappointed & will never come to this Chick-fil-A again for how she handled it. And I will be sure to spread the word. She was a female manager. read more

I came here with my co-workers and my kids because I brought the little ones with me to my job. Needless to say they wanted Chick-fil-a for lunch, great choice honestly because this place has a playground with sound proof windows almost. So the kids get play and everyone else in the restaurant eats in peace until they come out screaming from the play ground. LOL Like any Chick-fil-a they have folks outside taking orders during lunch and man this one is by far one of the busiest ones I have been too. The staff is very friendly and resourceful. They are always wanting to make sure you have every you need to enjoy the experience you will expect to have when you go to a restaurant. I would recommend if you dine in do not any where close to the entry/exit. We always park in the back area and walk into the facility. Like I said this one gets really busy around lunch time. If you don't believe me you will experience it yourself when you come during lunch hours. read more

Chick-fil-A will always be the standard for customer service that's not even up for debate, but it's nights like tonight where they go even higher and further than they are supposed to. 5 minutes to closing and they take down your drive through order in a super polite way and there are 3 girls checking your order to make sure it's right. You can see the weary in their eyes and they are ready to get out of there and yes mistakes happen but the manager Ms. Vargas fixes it in a snap the girl Cecelia bags everything with so much care and speed and smiles and give a chick-fil-a trademark smile and "have a great night". Undoubtedly they set the bar and their employees prove it time and time again. 5 stars easy read more

I've yet to find a chick fil la that has bad customer service. You never have to worry if the order is wrong.

I just moved to Austin and this is my first time at this chick fil a. I couldn't find my way to curbside parking because the parking lot was PACKED and there was a line halfway down the access road. While they were EXTREMELY busy, I didn't mind waiting in the curbside space once i found one because the girl that brought my order was super sweet and explained how to maneuver in the parking lot. I redeemed my points for a free chick fil a sandwich and medium Mac and cheese. I asked for a chick fil a sauce when I placed my order and got home to no sauce, which I wouldnt mind had my sandwich not been extremely dry! And only 2 little pickles :( I'm super disappointed because the chicken sandwich is usually juicy and never disappoints! Hopefully next time I can go when it's not so busy and I can get my food timely and fresh. I appreciate the kind service though. read more

I want it to be known that I downloaded the Yelp app and made an account specifically to write this review. I went in and ordered a pretty large meal. On my mother's life they had the food ready and handed it to me before I was even finished paying. I just stood there in shock. Never seen anything like it. After about 30 seconds of being stunned, my friend and I just looked at each other and started laughing. Comically good service. read more

This location is incredibly busy and due to its location on the service road of 71 if can be difficult to circumnavigate the area but the food quality and service are what we all know and love about this company. I had a team member remember a large order I made and started up a conversation with me about it and the construction team I was shopping for. The manager Ken was a real joy to work with. read more
