I come here on the occasional lunch break. I recommend ordering ahead on the application to maximize your munch time and to keep track and redeem your rewards. I love the new toasted sandwiches. I must update my review of two years ago. I was in the area the other day around lunchtime and needed a quick bite. I had their regular turkey and provolone cheese with lettuce and extra mayo. The bread was soft and fresh and the turkey was very tasty. The ratio of provolone to turkey was just right. The service was super fast and friendly. The place was clean. I was surprised though at the price because for just the basic sandwich with no chips and drinks was about $9. read more

First time ordering and a sandwich was missing, when I called the guy yelled hey did you guys forget to put that pickle sandwich in this order? So instead they say do you want to come get it, shouldn't you make it right and all they said was we can give you a credit.. WTH.. 1st & last time ordering from here. I've been hearing about Jimmy John's over the past couple years so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm a big fan of eating sub sandwiches and their commercials always looks so good. When I looked on their menu, I was really taken by how robust they looked. So I ordered the large sandwich to go. And when I unwrapped it, I was so disappointed. It reminded me of when i've gone to Arby's to order their roast beef sandwich, and you can barely see the meat poking out between the buns. LOL! So, this was the same experience. Seeing all that lettuce and vegetables and meat poking outside of sandwiches and their menu is different experience. What I received was disappointment. As you can see in my photo there was no love here. Blah blah blah. Sad face :( A good note is that in a blind taste test this would out perform many other subs I've had in the past. If it weren't for the fact that we stopped by to pick up our sandwiches and eating them on our way home I would have less enjoyed this experience. Just came home from being there with a family- 2 parents, sister in law, wife and I along with 4 kids for dinner. It was quite, nobody else was there but we were told our kids are being loud. They were not. I think they are just annoyed hearing my kid sing /talk about bath time, pee, and poop- you know typical convo/topic for 4 years old with their cousins. Food s not that great either. I had Jimmy John's for the first time ever (that I can recall) today. It was a pretty good sandwich. I would've preferred a little more meat. I ordered the # 5 with no lettuce and no onions. Their menu selection is very good and their prices seem to be very fair. I wish the bread was a little softer but it was good. We had an office luncheon today so we ordered about ten sandwiches and our admin went and picked them up. I personally prefer Subway, but I would eat a Jimmy John's again. read more

I really try to avoid Jimmy John's for political reasons, but sometimes I fall weak in the knees to the #11 country club. This location is particularly nice compared to some of the others I've been in but the parking lot sucks during the lunch hour. Jimmy John's is super quick, that's their thing. The bread here is delicious too. This was my first time stopping at this location and I must say I prefer how the crew at the Stassney location makes the #11 better. Wow, the giant Bootlegger Club is even too much for me. Best to share this 16 inch with your loved one as they cut it in half for two 8 inch subs. My son loves the #9 with bacon added, hold the mayo & tomato for this Italian sub. Peanut safe for our son Jake, however, we avoid the wheat bread that is boxed in a separate clear container and no bagged chips as they are kettle cooked with peanut oil. What's there not to love about JJ? Extremely fast service and yummy sandwiches. This location is usually super fast. Like so fast my sandwiches are ready before I finish filling up my drink. The people are friendly too. I love JJ bread - so soft and delicious. There is a variety of sandwiches including good options for kids. Croutons, man I love these tiny cracking little suckers in my soups or in my salads. But please don't serve me an entire sandwich on a piece of stale bread as hard as a croutons. Gee, I was more hungry than up set. So I threw it in the nuker for 30 seconds. Keeping most of tuna and goodies out. Then I ate my sandwich. First off giving me a dirty look when I was walking in the door and then telling me that my car is going to get dented if I park over the line like I did. My front tire was not even in his parking spot. While ordering he was very sassy with me and rolled his eyes. I'm not going back. I hate to say it but I was not impressed. I was on my usual path to Yaghi's Pizza for lunch but since I parked more on the Jimmy John's side I just figured I would go in there and check out the hype. Well, the menu is extremely limited with very few options that are adorable. I ended up going for a lite sandwich, where they just get a normal sub bun and tear out the bread and throw it away. Hmm. I understand the calorie aspect of that, but it seems a little silly to do all that to just throw it away... I got the medium rare roast beef that the menu advertised, but once I got my sandwich, it was cooked roast beef all the way through. The price was pretty high, around $6.50 for that without a drink. I got a water cup to go, no lid option for that. Also no option for hot sandwiches. The guy at the front counter wasn't very friendly as well, even when I mentioned it was my first time there. I think I will continue to go to Yaghi's Pizza and get their $5 two pizza slice special with a drink. I recommend the same for anyone else considering this for lunch. read more

If you're looking for a solid sandwich I would try this out. I am not a fan of Subway(everything tastes bland). But this place has some good sandwiches and options to mix up the typical turkey and swiss. The staff here is always friendly and fast! OLD Review: I normally love JJ, but this branch has been off since it opened. Every time I go in I get stale / crusty / dried out bread. I'm sorry, you aren't cooking the bread like the other JJ locations. Or you aren't using it the same day it's made. Quiznos closed because the location sucked. Guessing JJ has the same issue...skimping on fresh bread isn't going to win you any repeat business. Tried it 3 times. 3 times stale bread and limp lettuce. read more
