The service here sucks. On more than one occasion I have dealt with rude and incompetent employees. Today I ordered two sandwiches. One was the Vito, the other a Turkey. All I wanted was to not have tomatoes on the turkey, have it cut in half, and put onions on one half. This was evidently too much to ask and I felt like I was being a difficult customer just for asking something so basic at a sub shop. They ended up putting the onions for the Turkey on the side in a container for some reason. I heard some confusion between sub makers while preparing our order, and I told one of them to leave the onion so the Vito (that's how it comes). She assured me they were on there and seemed agitated that I had mentioned it. And to be clear, I wasn't rude or demeaning at all with these folks. Just politely asking to make my sandwich my way is all. So I get home and my Vito didn't have onions on it. Was it spite or just incompetence? I have no idea. So just order through the app and avoid making special requests. I even tipped them $1. read more

However the msn took my order suggesting best deal which was good and the girl who made the sandwich watching from afar looked delicious and largely wrap in lettuce for the unwhich! However when it made it home. I cut in half... it was GUSHING LIQUID TO A full MESS! The other half I ste for lunch today and luckily wrapped a paper towel in it and this. I come here on the occasional lunch break. I recommend ordering ahead on the application to maximize your munch time and to keep track and redeem your rewards. I love the new toasted sandwiches. I must update my review of two years ago. I was in the area the other day around lunchtime and needed a quick bite. I had their regular turkey and provolone cheese with lettuce and extra mayo. The bread was soft and fresh and the turkey was very tasty. The ratio of provolone to turkey was just right. The service was super fast and friendly. The place was clean. I was surprised though at the price because for just the basic sandwich with no chips and drinks was about $9. read more

I've been hearing about Jimmy John's over the past couple years so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm a big fan of eating sub sandwiches and their commercials always looks so good. When I looked on their menu, I was really taken by how robust they looked. So I ordered the large sandwich to go. And when I unwrapped it, I was so disappointed. It reminded me of when i've gone to Arby's to order their roast beef sandwich, and you can barely see the meat poking out between the buns. LOL! So, this was the same experience. Seeing all that lettuce and vegetables and meat poking outside of sandwiches and their menu is different experience. What I received was disappointment. As you can see in my photo there was no love here. Blah blah blah. Sad face :( A good note is that in a blind taste test this would out perform many other subs I've had in the past. If it weren't for the fact that we stopped by to pick up our sandwiches and eating them on our way home I would have less enjoyed this experience. Just came home from being there with a family- 2 parents, sister in law, wife and I along with 4 kids for dinner. It was quite, nobody else was there but we were told our kids are being loud. They were not. I think they are just annoyed hearing my kid sing /talk about bath time, pee, and poop- you know typical convo/topic for 4 years old with their cousins. Food s not that great either. Go to jersey Mike instead- the food is better and staff is friendlier there. Definitely will not go there again. read more

I had Jimmy John's for the first time ever (that I can recall) today. It was a pretty good sandwich. I would've preferred a little more meat. I ordered the # 5 with no lettuce and no onions. Their menu selection is very good and their prices seem to be very fair. I wish the bread was a little softer but it was good. We had an office luncheon today so we ordered about ten sandwiches and our admin went and picked them up. I personally prefer Subway, but I would eat a Jimmy John's again. read more

I really try to avoid Jimmy John's for political reasons, but sometimes I fall weak in the knees to the #11 country club. This location is particularly nice compared to some of the others I've been in but the parking lot sucks during the lunch hour. Jimmy John's is super quick, that's their thing. Wow, the giant Bootlegger Club is even too much for me. Best to share this 16 inch with your loved one as they cut it in half for two 8 inch subs. My son loves the #9 with bacon added, hold the mayo & tomato for this Italian sub. Peanut safe for our son Jake, however, we avoid the wheat bread that is boxed in a separate clear container and no bagged chips as they are kettle cooked with peanut oil. What's there not to love about JJ? Extremely fast service and yummy sandwiches. This location is usually super fast. Like so fast my sandwiches are ready before I finish filling up my drink. Croutons, man I love these tiny cracking little suckers in my soups or in my salads. But please don't serve me an entire sandwich on a piece of stale bread as hard as a croutons. First off giving me a dirty look when I was walking in the door and then telling me that my car is going to get dented if I park over the line like I did. I hate to say it but I was not impressed. I was on my usual path to Yaghi's Pizza for lunch but since I parked more on the Jimmy John's side I just figured I would go in there and check out the hype. Well, the menu is extremely limited with very few options that are adorable. I ended up going for a lite sandwich, where they just get a normal sub bun and tear out the bread and throw it away. Hmm. I understand the calorie aspect of that, but it seems a little silly to do all that to just throw it away... I got the medium rare roast beef that the menu advertised, but once I got my sandwich, it was cooked roast beef all the way through. The price was pretty high, around $6.50 for that without a drink. I got a water cup to go, no lid option for that. Also no option for hot sandwiches. The guy at the front counter wasn't very friendly as well, even when I mentioned it was my first time there. I think I will continue to go to Yaghi's Pizza and get their $5 two pizza slice special with a drink. I recommend the same for anyone else considering this for lunch. read more

Things I asked be removed are on it and things I asked to be added are not. There were no other customers when I arrived or left so really no excuse to not make the order correctly.
