I asked if they could comp the meal because this was entirely due to their mistake. The manager then said we should still pay 50% of the bill, which was honestly shocking. Paying half for food we barely ate because it was taken by mistake felt completely unreasonable. After I pushed back, they did end up comping the meal. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What made this experience especially disappointing was the manager's lack of empathy and apology--especially as a mom trying to manage dinner with little kids. The food is really a hit or miss the only thing you can get from here that they can't mess up are the mini chimis. The employees here are very nice and friendly though they're the ones that make coming here enjoyable. Except for this one girl who I'm pretty sure is the general manager every time that I've come here she makes me feel like I'm a disturbance and that she wants every customer to get out of here as soon as possible which isn't being a general manager in my opinion. read more

I had an awesome experience at Someburros! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. But what really made my visit special was the amazing service from Paige.
