Stopped in for a quick appetizer and cocktail before dinner. The bartenders were very accommodating and kind, view of the golf course was beautiful and carpaccio was delicious. Small but nice selection of top shelf whiskey.

Here's to another nice date night (Specialty drink menu & wine selection also worth mentioning)

Second time at Solomon's on the beautiful Tetherow Resort, where we again had a wonderful experience! Atmosphere, service (Ari), and cuisine all on point, providing a lovely date night. All staff were authentically friendly and professional, which says to me that they love their job. We will be back!

I usually don't post reviews, but this was such a great experience that a good review is well deserved. We have eaten at all of the high end restaurants in Bend as we are born and raised and we definitely have our favorites. For some reason, Solomon's always fell off of my radar when looking for a nice dinner but we were looking for something new for a date night with our kiddo tagging along and happened upon a reservation to Solomon's. Our 9 year old is very well behaved and used to eating at nice places so I wasn't worried when we walked in and there weren't any other kids in the quiet atmosphere. Our server, Austin was so kind and welcoming, honestly one of the very best we have ever had anywhere. She made perfect suggestions for drinks that were off menu and for our kiddo for dinner choices. The food was absolutely delicious. After the burrata appetizer, we were impressed and our son said, "if they can make burrata and tomatoes taste that good I'm excited for my dinner!" While the food and drinks were delicious, the view was gorgeous, the service was the most memorable. Thank you, Austin! Our son definitely made a new friend and we will be back to visit soon! This is a hidden gem in Bend for sure.

Aqua de Fleur should be a new staple on the menu. Drew showed up guns blazing with amazing drinks and service.

Drew is the best! He always takes care of us and concocts the best drinks! We have yet to have something bad on the menu either.

Enjoyed the 5-star service by Gavin and excellent dinner. We enjoyed the mixed mushrooms, scallops, steak, fish entrees and desserts.

The steaks were good, but the sea bass was too small and average, and the deserts were below average, and stale.

How was there only one vegan review for this amazing cheesecake?…read more I have to admit, I was a little skeptical when my husband read me that lone vegan review, but we walked out the hotel door anyway. Then I was skeptical again when I saw that all the vegan options were also gluten free. That's me throwing shade at gluten free folks. Kidding. I probably should be GF too. Anyway, YES. Fantastic cheesecake. Please give it a try. The peanut butter cup did not disappoint. We also had a drink next door, so no rush back to feast on the cheesecake. (I would post a picture, but the only one I took was for my vegan friends and taken from the bathtub. I also highly recommend eating it in a very hot bathtub, since it comes nearly frozen!)

They have quite a list of flavors and I wanted to try a few but they are $10/slice and I don't think 2 slices for $20 is worth it. That being said, the cheesecake is very yummy. I had the raspberry marble and very much enjoyed it. She recommended leaving it out to warm up for about 15 minutes to get the most flavor. I am impatient so I waited about 10 and it was a bit firm but definitely full of flavor! Personally this feels like an every once in a while treat because of the price. Definitely worth trying at least once!

The past week I have visited twice, since their outdoor remodel is completing, and they have new food trucks becoming part of the team. I am so excited for the changes that have been made and the new food trucks joining the absolutely fabulous El Sancho truck. As for the brews, Crux always has a selection of great IPAs, they also have some innovative brews, such as Bochi Bochi, a rice lager, and (though not often) make truly spectacular ambers and browns. Do yourself a favor and drop by for a pint and/or a meal, you will be glad you did.

Interesting to note, it's like all the beer drinker mt bike folks that used to all come here years ago just happened to grow up and have kids at once, so now it definitely has a very kids playground scene, but I still think it's cool here. (Just go inside to avoid the mayhem. lol!) It's sweet that they create a fun environment outside there. A suggestion maybe would be create a small section outside. that's a no kid table for sunshine and drinking too. ;) it looks like they're making good use of their space. I noticed many changes since the last visit. Looks like they have a party room you could rent, lots of fun well designed swag for purchase, ect. It's a walk in sit down spot - you place your order at the counter and they give you a number - decent size for busy food times - so usually plenty of seating. Over the phone ordering was a snap and the dude was super polite and helpful - not rushed. My wife got the traditional breakfast - she loved the local links and flaky biscuit - I think it was peach marmalade - not sure, but it was LEGIT. I got the pozole roja (I think that's the menu name) and - yo, it was the best pozole I've had. The ingredients were plenty, the chicken was tender and flavorful, they put the radishes, cilantro and cabbage on the side for you to add so it's not soggy. Sourdough was so good to dip - mouth is watering writing this. Service th morning we were headed out at 7amish was great also - wife got coffee cake (warmed in their brick oven) and I got two citrus muffins and a sourdough cinnamon roll for later - all were scrumptious and delightful. I would got a half dozen muffins if I knew they were that good before. People were kind and the service is quick. We ate there these two time on $52 dollars - both to-go orders. We will absolutely be back - every time we are near bend, I'll be stopping for pozole for sure! Well done, Jacksons Corner, well done!
