I asked if they had any type of disc that I could insert into the drive to have it clean out the XBox. The employee was honest and said it would be a waste of money and it sounded like a simple fix, which he told me about this place (Grayson Computer) that would be able to fix the problem for half the cost and it wouldn't take as long, as opposed to sending it off to Microsoft. In any case, I met the store owner (Jay Lowrance) and he was very professional, courtesy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Getting to the point, he was able to fix the disc drive on my Xbox at a very reasonable price and I was able to get my system back in about 9 days.
