Great service!! They have all the flyest kicks Adidas, hard to find Jordan's and rare shoes Yeezy etc. They will give you a very fair price if you want to sell shoes from your collection or trade. (New in box is best for selling/trading but I believe they take used shoes too). I went in wanting to sell a pair of shoes that was a tad small for me but ended up trading for a bigger size (they offered $150 to sell) read more

Sole Supremacy - 2016 "Retro 3 OG True Blue" --They let me trade my size 13 for size 14 for $20 (Brand new in Box) - Shoe Stores Near Me - Newark, California

I love the fact they give the most reasonable payouts and that it is cheaper than a lot of other places. These people are genuine and love their job. I appreciate doing business with them. read more

Sole Supremacy provides a great service, not only to the Bay Area, but to sneakerheads in general. I will say however that I regret trading 90% of my deadstock shoes to Sole, as I recently discovered that I would have gotten a larger return had I just sold the shoes on StockX for the current highest bid. This also includes the 12.5% service charge for StockX. That being said, Sole is still the king of brick and mortar specialty sneaker shops! I'll definitely do business with them regarding my pre-loved shoes. read more

Quick, no fuss trade-ins and decent offers. Email ahead if selling or trading. And you can check -out/inspect pairs before purchasing.

Very nice people in the store. Much kinder than other sneaker stores . Gave me a much better price on 2 of my shoes. Gave me double what another store quoted so i sold them. Definitely going to business with them again. read more

Sole Supremacy is the best sneaker shop to deal with for resell. They are always HONEST AND FAIR. I live all the way in the OC and I still ship out my shoes to them up to the Bay with no issues ever since 2013. They never ever low ball. Their prices are always fair and at times, their offer is even more. Derek and his team are best!!! read more

The enviroment is very stiff and not a lot of friendly people. There not as engaging as you expected. The shoes were great but need to have better attitude towards the consumers. read more

Super FAIR with offers to buy shoes. Also never have been turned down. Dont over value your worn shoes...they are worn, and they will still take them. Without the time and hassle spent to sell them individually. Feel free to email as well. They have responded within 24 hrs every time I have contacted them with a wide range of questions. Also some info that I tried to find but had a hard time before selling a bundle of shoes each time : First time going to sell I had mostly Jordans that had been at least worn 3 or 4 times for the ones in best condition and about 20 times for the more worn ones. They paid me out and it averaged about $50 a pair. Second time consisted of even more worn shoes and only one pair of Jordans. All others were LeBrons and KD's and some other randoms and averaged $30 a pair. read more

The boom of shoe consignment shops in the late 2000s/early 2010s might have you thinking if you've been to one, you've been to them all. While some of that holds true, at least from an inventory standpoint, invariably it's the shop with the best staff and service that sets itself from the rest. Enter Sole Supremacy. If you're looking to buy from them (most of their sales are via their justifiably popular eBay 99-cent starting bid auction), they're efficient, polite, and trustworthy. Their selection is vast and they often have that dozen or so ultra-trendy pair of kicks you need to get all those compliments you're thirsting for. =) If you're looking to sell off a pair of kicks you've outgrown or have no need for, SS gives the most reasonable offers in the Bay. Other local shops have insulted my intelligence with lowball offers or outright refusals. Not at SS. They understand the customer side of things. All in all, they've earned their 5 stars. read more

Terrible service. Walked in yesterday in hopes of leaving with some shoes but left empty handed. A handful of staff behind the unwelcoming counter but nobody seemed willing to engage in any form of dialogue with the customer. Very underwhelming experience. read more

This place is dope....havent had a chance of copping anything from them yet. But I have sold them shoes and there are very fair!! Some of these reviews are just dudes crying and ranting on about how they low ball you or they don't greet you when you come in.....WOW! Get over it!! Let me tell YOU! THEY ARE BUSY....THEY HAVE 800 PAIRS OF SHOES ON EBAY AT LEAST LIKE EVERY OTHER MONDAY ....DO YOU PEOPLE EVEN KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PUT SOMETHING UP ON EBAY???? on top of the other hundreds of shoes they are selling online they are IN the store selling shoes to customers like YOU. So im pretty sure if two of them are on computers and two are in the back, and you come in they are gonna LET YOU DO YOU... for a couple of minutes until YOU COME UP TO THE COUNTER....and state your business. I'm almost certain they get at least 50 people a day walking in and out of that store within 5 minutes NOT BUYING A DAMN THING. .. because they A: can't afford to buy it or; B: CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY IT. And people need to understand the WORTH of THEIR shoes before they come in here and get but hurt. If your shoe is worth 150 bucks I'm pretty sure they are going to give you less than what your asking. WHY???? because they are giving YOU the opportunity of FAST CASH. A QUICK SALE. AN AUTOMATIC BUYER IN YOUR FACE THAT VERY SECOND. Same goes to buying the shoes they have IN STORE. THEY HAVE THEM AND NO ONE ELSE AROUND DOES, THAT'S THE IN YOUR FACE FEE that comes with buying RARE SNEAKERS. if you can get more than that on eBay or where ever, YOU THE SELLER should have some common sense and take you shoes elsewhere and sit on them and wait until someone decides they want to pay YOUR PRICE. NOW AGAIN, WHY???? THAT'S COMMON BUSINESS PRACTICE, LIKE FER REAL.... SAME STORY GOES FOR ALL BUSINESSES, ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE FLEA MARKET....get real people.... Anyhow, here's the lesson... They are busy people, in a busy business ...don't be shy, make your presence known by walking directly up to the counter and saying "Hello". If you don't like the price they give you, simply walk away politely. If you know the worth of the shoe you are buying OR selling. Thanks sole, for always being dope. We will forever return. read more

Walked in 45 min before closing and they were very welcoming. Allowed me to try on a pair of shoes I've been eyeing. Prices are pretty competitive with Goat. Didn't buy anything but definitely will next time. Update: Got are pair of used Nike Off White Vapormax for a steal. Almost $200-$300 cheap than what they were going for on Goat. The worker there whose name I forgot to get was even able to work with me on the price. I'm glad I found a business that doesn't put money first. read more

TERRRRRRIBLE customer service . If you're selling: They rush when they quote your shoes. I felt cheated as if they speed through the process to purposely under value your shoes before you can have a clear concision of what's going on. No smiles. All frowned up like they hate their job!! I went to this business because I am running out of space for my shoes and realized most of the jordans are uncomfortable, no matter how many sizes up I buy the shoe. I liked the back story of the founder, though it was poorly written and was badly in need of spell check . Anyway, this place is good if you are looking for a quick phone bill payment. Otherwise, hang on to your collection. The guys there need to lighten up. They're only shoes ! read more

So I heard of this place from a friend of mine because I bought a pair of the Green Glow 4's on eBay and was scared they weren't real. I had watched a few videos online on how to tell the differences and even after 5 or 6 videos, I still wanted to know for sure. I called down to Sole Supremacy and I asked if I could come down (from San Ramon) so they could check them out for me. A really cool guy named Derek helped us out and confirmed they were fakes and showed me all the flaws compared to the real pair they had in stock. So disappointed, he told me exactly how to get my money back on PayPal and how to return them on eBay. I happened to take a chance to see if he had a pair of real ones in stock in the size we needed and coincidentally he had 'em. I paid on eBay (for fakes) $244.95 (included shipping) and Derek sold me the real ones for dollars within that same price. I'm so happy I came down here. Super nice staff, shoes everywhere... Definitely coming back here for my next pair! read more

The most honest and genuine group of people. I buy from them because of my confidence in their integrity and competitive price. read more

I sold some heat here and I really appreciated the professionalism and honesty of their staff. I emailed them my list of shoes and they gave me good quality offers. They will buy your shoes from you and cut you a check right NOW. You also have the option of trading, buying or even selling on consignment. If you're looking for something special or in particular, I would check here first. Obviously a local, bay area small business is going to give you a better deal than FCLA or FCNY, but you should know that already sneakerheads. I'm definitely going to keep them in mind whenever anyone mentions sneakers, etc. read more

Great place to buy and sell sneakers , the employees are very professional and helpful, they are also fair with the pricing which is rare so that's a plus and they have a very big selection of shoes and sizes. I would recommend this place over any other sneaker store. I have not once had an issue with this place and I don't think you will either. read more

Don't waste your time selling shoes here. I would give ZERO stars if I could. My husband reached out through their email asking to price 12 deadstock shoes ranging from Jordan's to Yeezy's. First off, we only got one sentence responses. However, to offer $1725 for 12 pairs of unused shoes is crazy because yeezys retails for $220 before taxes. We asked for an itemized list for the pricing of each shoe and whoever is their point of contact responded with "what do you mean?" That's it ... hmmmmm it was like they didn't understand what itemized list of the shoes that they are accepting and the price to go along with it. I've never dealt with a company that has been so unprofessional. If you decide to deal with customers over email at least address them at the beginning and thank them for their time at the end. They address their clients like they are talking to their friends through text. Save your time, Save your money , and take your business somewhere else who will treat you like a person and give you a reasonable price for your shoes unless you are hella desperate and don't mind being low balled. read more

I have been dealing with sole supremacy for about 3 years now I have sold them most of my shoe collection and more I have paid there high prices and have been a loyal customer. I have referred all my friends and family who are also loyal customers but lately I don't think the real owner has been in because the cash and trade has gotten a lot more stingy and the customer service is horrible the young dude has an attitude problem and needs to look at the customer when he speaks to them. I know the market. My trade was low balled and a deal wasn't even considered so I had to walk out. First time I've ever walked out the shop without making a deal. I hope the owner reads this and realizes that if he is not present then he should hire people who know the importance of customer service because I'm a local real fan/customer. read more

These guys are super friendly and easy to work with. Came in to sell some shoes and they not low ballin like other shops. Highly recommend. Also a solid selection of shoes on their website read more

Very nice shoe store specializing in rare/limited release shoes. There is nothing like this place further up the peninsula. So many pairs, have almost anything you need and give reasonable trade value if you have some shoes to offload. Good people and service. Definitely will be back. read more

Sole Supremacy got the JUiCE! Go here for the for your shoe game and selling and trading your shoes.

This place is legit! I had some dead stock shoes laying around that were collecting dust. They gladly took them from me for a fair price! Also, they have a huge selection of shoes that are very rare!! read more

Sole Supremacy is a pretty cool place. Nice and professional people I've dealt with at this establishment. I've grown tired of posting up a for sale thread online and meeting up with people so I decided to come here and make a straight forward cash deal with them. True, if I chose not to be lazy and sold the left over Jordans that I have in my closet myself, I could've gotten more money for them rather than selling them to Sole Supremacy but as mentioned above, I've gotten tired of arranging meet ups with people who say they are "interested" or "ready to buy" then you can't get a hold of them at the time you are suppose to meet with them. Anyways, if you are trying to get a pair of upcoming kicks that you do not want to stand in line for at your local shoe store and avoid possibly getting jumped or shot at or some other crazy reason, I'm sure you will be able to get them at a fair price at Sole Supremacy after release date. read more

Me and my friend drove up from San Jose so he could size swap a pair of yeezys . We spoke with one of the guys and he helped us out. He allowed my friend to try the right shoe on But wasn't able to walk around which makes sense because of how new they are and they lose value at that point. We had a lot of questions as these are my friends first yeszys . The guy was very knowledgeable and didn't get irritated with us and our 100 questions. Mind you he gave us accurate information it didn't feel like he was tryna force us into the sale. After spending 30 mins debating my friend choice to keep his pair instead of size swapping. Overall this place gets 10 stars from me. It's small & family owned so the vibe was chill and it smelled like vanilla:) read more

This is my favorite sneaker shop in the east bay. I've sold sneakers and bought sneakers at sole Supremacy numerous times. During my visits, the customer service was great. They also have a variety of rare and hard to find sneakers such as Jordans, yeezy, adidas and more. Kicks that have sold out or cannot be obtained at a retail store can be found here. They also have an IG page where they update their store hours and also give specials on new and worn kicks. If you are planning on dropping by this place I highly suggest you check their Instagram first. Also, the store does get busy depending on the time you go however they will assist you once they are finished with their customer. read more

Very nice store, great selection and extremely helpful. But very expensive! If you're looking for rare shoes and willing to pay too dollar they have the best selection. Footlocker guy at great mall told me about them. So far picked up a pair for my son. read more

I drove a whole 30 miles to this location because of the good reviews it has. But upon arrival , I entered the store and was greeted by no one. I was trying to sell of pair of brand new Jordan's , basically the guy told me I should just try and return them to the original store and get my $ back. I bought these Jordan's well over 8 months ago , they probably will only give me store credit. It's not what I wanted, I'm just never going to wear these Jordan's so I really didn't care how much he would cash out for them. He didn't even give me a price or anything and I just felt like he was saying your business isn't wanted here. I probably won't be back here. It was a big waste of time , and on the way back home so much traffic. read more

sold them shoes, i shipped mind you which was 63$ just to send the shoes, they had agreed on 420 as a price, I even emailed twice to double check the price was correct. they then waited til the shoes arrived to say they had "2 employees emailing me and now they'll ship them back or they'll pay only $100" crazy. 0 stars read more

I love it here. The staff here are great and very helpful. Shelves of Jordans and Nikes. I have bought 4 pairs of Jordans from there. And the staff recognized me so they said 'Hey why dont you grab a free t-shirt.' I also got a couple stickers. I am already on planning on getting a pair of 13 Flints! read more

Needed a spot to sell some of my shoes. Found Sole Supremacy and know they have a great reputation and they are really fair with their quotes. I emailed them 2 days before going to ask about quotes and they responded right away. Went to the store Today and greeted by one of the employees there. They checked out my shoes to make sure it's legit told me the full quote total and was in and out within 10 minutes. Payment was through paypal which made it super easy no hassle. Def recommend this spot for future purchases or if I need to sell my shoes. Will be doing business with them again. Thank you Sole Supremacy team! read more

Great communication, fast delivery. Shattered BB were a present for my pops and he loves them! Thank you Sole Supremacy

My review is strictly based on CUSTOMER SERVICE and RESPECT. 2 things these people do not have for you! I can go on and on in greater detail but I'm just utterly disgusted. I hope I just caught them on a bad day or something. To think that they are like this everyday to people bothers me and I don't see how people can continue to patronize their business. But Money talks and they are guaranteed to pay you a quick buck for your dead stock shoes. If I could give no stars I would! read more

I can't say enough about how easy and professional these guys have made selling an extensive sneaker collection. There's very few shops out there with their knowledge, inventory and incredible customer service. Feel really fortunate to have worked with them. I'd give 6 stars if I could. read more

Nothing but a bunch of overpriced hype. Not much of a selection either, and prices are outrageous. I have a pair of Jordans I bought from footlocker last year, not rare at all, this place was selling the same pair for 3x the price I paid. I finally said goodbye to the game today. Yes, no more late night camp outs! I started collecting j's in '99 and I stopped in '09. Since then I haven't worn a single pair! The shoes and boxes have been collecting dusk for quite some time now. My man convinced me to clean out my shoe room so I finally did today. I didn't care how much I got for them. I just wanted the shoes gone and sole supremacy did that for me so thanks guys!!!! I appreciate it! Now someone else can put those shoes to great use! read more

Guy in charge is condescending and rude. My boyfriend went in to trade brand new lebrons for raptors. The shoes were a day old. Calm down...he wanted the Lebron's plus 50$. Hell no. Have several seats my man I'm done .. read more
