Most of these shoes are affordable, which some of them are under $80. They do display ones that are on clearance now, but I only saw a few are. Hopefully, more will have a clearance. When I went to the counter to purchase shoes, I think they asked me if they can prevent my shoes from being decolorized for $8.99. I declined it, but if you want them to do that before you buy shoes, you can. I don't think it's going to affect how I feel about wearing my new shoes. I think it's a new service since I've been purchasing shoes from this store at least a few times and that they never asked me about that option.

This spot is kind of tucked away in the lot closest to 880 freeway at Pacific Commons in Fremont. They've done ok for themselves as businesses over the years typically fail in this quadrant of the shopping center, for whatever reason the stores are always changing, once H-Mart arrives at years end that'll all change though. This spot is at least facing the road on Christy Street now not tucked away around the corner where it used to be. You can order stuff here online and then drop in and just pick it up, super easy. They've got plenty of options, especially for women here.

Super friendly, not pushy at all. I realized I hadn't had my feet sized in years (shoutout to online shopping), so she measured them and then immediately started questioning why I was wearing the size I came in with I told her I've been dealing with a ton of blisters and foot pain, and she basically broke down everything--why my shoes were wrong, how sizing actually works, and even what kind of socks I should be wearing. Turns out I've been doing it wrong this whole time. She spent a good amount of time with me, was really easy to talk to, and clearly knew her stuff. I definitely walked out with more than I had planned to buy (shoes and socks), but honestly... my feet already feel way better, so no regrets. I'll be back for sure.

This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. A little update since the last time I reviewed…read more I've been here a few times now when dropping off Amazon returns as well as picking up orders online. This last time was to order an item to pick up as it was the only location with what I wanted. The pick up area was upstairs and the you basically follow instructions on your pick up email to figure out which bin you should look for you stuff. Now I feel like there's not really any safe or not sure how they make sure anyone just comes in this area and picks up items and just leaves. It's self serve and feels like it's all through an honor system. Maybe I'm wrong. Well this time, I looked at my item and it looked kind of funny and I knew there was another one. So I found the other option and it did look better. I had to return my item and I actually rebought the same item and there was another coupon which made it cheaper than when I originally bought it online. Score. Just had to go through a return and rebuy process which is on the same level where you do pick up. Just make sure to check your stuff as they don't really look at the item before grabbing for online orders. Convenient if you want to do Amazon returns and they sometimes give you an extra discount in-store. But prices of items here are more MSRP, just make sure you do your coupon research and pile them on before making your purchase.
