Pants haul and for a great price!
    Mystery M.

Old Navy always has great sales and promotions, so we shop here whenever they have a good sale going on. This location is located inside the Pacific Commons Shopping Center here in Fremont, California. It's a wonderful store with very resonable prices, even more resonable when they have a sale or promotion going on. This location gets really good busy, they are always busy with tons of people shopping for a good deal. The store is not as organzied as itcould be, but that's because the customers who shop here do not put things back on the shelves correctly. Often times you will find stuff on the floors and even left in the fitting room floors. The checkout lines here are really long, there is always a wait no matter what time you come. The wait can be a little while, but the line does move as a decent pace. The customer service is alright, the people that work here are friendly for the most part and they are helpful. Take advantage of the 10% off for completing their customer satisfaction survey at Feedback4OldNavy.com and they'll present you with a code valid for 10% of your entire purchase. It's a good store for good deals on clothing. :)

The store is overall a mess & the staff are not friendly at all. Not willing to help, as if they don't get paid to assist paying & browsing customers. The older filipina/asian lady with the high bun needs serious retraining in customer service, constantly walking around mean mugging everyone. Trash, clothes & hangers on the floor. Mall Old Navy outlets have way better service & a cleaner setting. I do not recommend this location.

I guess along with their sale on active wear they also had a yoga booth there signing up free yoga classes.

I attempted to return an item that was sold to me without a tag at the time of purchase. Despite…read morethe item being in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, the store manager refused the return under "sole discretion," claiming the item was worn simply because the tag was missing. When I reached out to customer relations, I was told that corporations cannot overrule a store manager's discretion regarding "worn" returns, and that without a tag, it is automatically considered worn. This creates an impossible situation for the customer: I am being penalized for the store's initial failure to provide a tag on a brand-new item. As a business owner myself, I value the "90-day satisfaction guarantee" that Men's Wearhouse markets so heavily. However, this experience suggests that the guarantee is subject to arbitrary store-level decisions that contradict the actual condition of the merchandise.. Avoid this store.

HIGH SCHOOL REUNION ATTIRE…read more Last Saturday night was my high school reunion. I don't want to reveal my age, but on my two previous high school reunions I wore a suit. When I was younger I wanted to look older. Now as I am older I want to look younger. I came here about three weeks ago on a Monday. I envisioned what to wear for my high school reunion. Several years ago I bought a navy Calvin Klein blazer from this Men's Wearhouse location. When I entered the store I told one of the sales associates about my high school reunion and what I wanted to wear. I was thinking to match the blazer with a button shirt and tie. I also told him I was looking for a sweater to wear over the shirt and tie. He then asked me if I was open to something more casual. I responded yes. He showed me a polo shirt, which I was intrigued. However the biggest mistake I made that day was I didn't wear my navy Calvin Klein blazer. I asked if he was going to be here the next day. He said no but one of the sales associates will be. The following day I wore my navy Calvin Klein blazer. I talked to another sales associate and mentioned to him what I planned to wear. I still had this vision of wearing something casual with a tie. However the sales associate said wearing a tie would be formal. The day before the other sales associate said the same thing. I'm glad that I came to the Men's Wearhouse to seek opinions. When I decided to go casual for my high school reunion the sales associate looked at my navy Calvin Klein blazer and showed me a performance shirt and dark blue jeans. He also recommended a black cardigan sweater, which I had envisioned to wear with a tie. He thought the performance shirt would match well with the cardigan sweater. I first wore the performance shirt alone with the blazer for a look. Then I wore the cardigan sweater alone with the blazer for another look. However when I wore both the performance shirt and cardigan sweater with the blazer the attire looked really well together. For the jeans I had it shortened at the Men's Wearhouse. For my high school reunion I would rather pay more from the Men's Wearhouse than pay less somewhere else and end up not liking the shortening of my jeans. During my high school reunion my attire consisted of navy Calvin Kein blazer, Kenneth Cole performance shirt, Kenneth Cole cardigan sweater, and Joseph Abboud navy jean was casual and class. In the past I would go to the Men's Wearhouse to buy formal attire for interviews and weddings, but after my high school reunion I knew I can go there to buy something casual with style.
