This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. It is very convenient for me to pick up my on line item here and do not need to drive to Palo Alto or west San Jose.

Amy and Ajay are very helpful with finding what we want based on our preference and are very nice to work with. This store probably has the nicest customer service I've experienced in an Indian clothing store. They also have a tailor in house that is very good and everything fit perfectly. They were also able to tailor outfits of ours that were bought elsewhere for a fee, which was convenient given we liked them so much.
