Yesterday there was not much traffic in the store but I was able to use my box lunch money that thankfully is saved through your phone number on your account. They always have a huge selection. I was looking for anything in particular however I was able to grab a wallet I have been looking out. Since I had my box lunch money, I thought why not. When I went back to return the items, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or listening to my concerns, they refused to accept the return and treated me with a disrespectful attitude. Customer service should never make customers feel unwelcome or ignored. For the prices Zara charges, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion about the brand.

A mall or shopping center that's been around in the area for so long. It's an enclosed mall and…read morelike any shopping center, the makeup of the stores has changed over the last few decades. Depending on the store, the service is what you would expect when you go into the different places. I don't know if I can make a definitive statement on the selection of the type of stores in here because like most shopping centers I imagine they evolve over time. Although I do notice that some of the stores have an emphasis on value rather than luxury. I hope that this place can have some restoration to its former glory or at least how it felt in my youth. I actually worked at three different stores within this mall growing up. And my first girlfriend also worked in this mall as well and lived down the street lol. So lots of history here for me. No signs anywhere in the store as well as when checking out. Nothing is labeled final sale online or in store explaining this. There is small print behind the receipt on one line explaining "Sale items are not returnable". I've shopped here for endless years and never knew about this "policy". Also no more exchanges or return without a receipt- no store credit nothing. 30 days with receipt is firm expect during the holidays they have an extended window. The store is well organized and the merchandise is visible. Best part is the customer service I really want to call out this lovely lady called Ping. Helpful suggestions and genuine desire to give a good experience. I hope she and the store do well. I came away with a new way to work wardrobe. Very happy and satisfied.
