They have both boys and girls clothing and some shoes, too. The clothes are really attractive (if a little frilly for the girls stuff) and made out of materials that are not run of the mill for kids clothes. They range in size from small babies to around 6 or 7 years old (maybe larger, but I wasn't paying attention to the older kids stuff since my kid is only three). The sizing can be a toss up since they don't seem to follow any standardized sizing rules when making the clothes, but to get past that you just have to try things on BEFORE leaving the store to get the sizes right. The clothes are not made to be rough and tumble for the smaller girls sizes as far as I can tell and I wasn't able to find any jeans that I liked (very limited selection and too frilly for me) But there are a LOT of very nice and attractive items that are really worth checking out. My daughter ALWAYS gets compliments when she is wearing Naartjie outfits!

Based on this message, I went to the store to collect it. At the store, I showed the SMS and pickup code to a staff member. The staff member, whose head was fully covered with cloth leaving only the face visible (I was unable to obtain their name), informed me that there was no information about my order. This was stated without asking for my phone number or email address, and without conducting any further system check. When I asked whether it was necessary to search using my phone number or email, the staff member responded that I was not an employee there and therefore did not understand how their system worked, and insisted that "if there is no information, then there is none." Dismissing a customer's order that was confirmed by an official notification without completing basic verification steps, and responding in a firm and dismissive manner to a reasonable inquiry, is a service experience I find very difficult to accept. This is the first time I have encountered such an experience in my years of shopping around the world.

Not much dine-in restaurants in here since it's three big American chains and one new ramen restaurant. I like there's a mini work from home office next to the restroom on the second floor. Their WiFi is free to use. Some areas are a bit empty. There's also a DMV service, but I don't think they offer full service like getting a license. Overall it's nice to walk around with lots of available parking. It's even conveniently located near the BART station.

Shipping online is free so I left the store unhappy and ordered shoes online. This is the first time I've ever seen a store not honoring marked shoe prices in front of 3 customers! I had came here multiple times and the service is usually at least decent, but this last visit left a sour taste in my mouth. My bf and I were shopping for white vans, but we both have not bought Vans in awhile so we decided to play it safe and try on the shoes first. We flagged down a worker to ask to get the shoes in our sizes - we told her both of our sizes in men and women sizes. She came back after awhile, handed us one box in my size and walked away - we approached her and asked for the other size for my bf and she looked at us, gave us a side remark saying we didn't even ask her for the other size, then went to get it.

I then placed my hand in the pocket, grabbed and pulled the pocket bag out - the material and quality of that was up to my satisfaction - but I left them there. For Jeans lately its been difficult - there is ever changing styles and fabrics it seems among all brands and its nearly impossible to find the same jeans 6 months or a year later these days. I constantly tear up my jeans. The knees blow out - they get covered in paint - and there is a sweet spot for me in terms of price and quality and weight - and I'm not sure I was seeing that here. I was impressed with the variety. Even saw some shoes for sale. This to me is so surprising when clothing retails put their hand in somebody elses cookie jar. Its impressive that they have the bandwidth for that sort of thing - but at the same time surprising.

We came into Cassara's Italian Men's Wear looking for a suit for my husband's holiday party. After doing a little research, he found Cassara's, and we decided to check it out. We are so glad we did. From the moment you walk in, you know you are in for a completely different and wonderful experience. Tony, the owner, greeted us with a warm smile and great rock music, which immediately set the tone. He sized my husband up right away, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and guided him toward the right fit. He offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy or salesy. It honestly felt less like shopping and more like catching up with an old friend. We talked about suits, music, family, and the event. It was such an easy and enjoyable experience. Once my husband stepped out of the dressing room, Tony immediately made a few chalk marks where he wanted to tailor the suit, told him to get changed, and took care of the rest. A couple of weeks later, we came back for the fitting. The pants were perfect, but I thought the jacket could lay just a little better on my very handsome husband. Tony did not hesitate for a second. He said "no problem," took the suit back, made the adjustments, and had it ready for pickup just a couple of days later. The end result was perfection. My husband looked like a million bucks at his party, and just as importantly, he felt like a million bucks. Tony truly listens and tailors the suit to fit the person, not the other way around. He even added a custom label inside the jacket personalized for my husband, which was such a classy and thoughtful touch. My husband is a stocky guy, sexy and stocky, and Tony tailored the suit flawlessly to fit his body. He was incredible to work with. I honestly wish my husband had more occasions that required suits because we would buy every single one from Cassara's. At the very least, we know that when he needs another suit, this will be the only place we go.
