When I asked if there was more size selections, I was told I could order the dress free of charge. She also invited me to a Prom Fashion Show event happening 3/14/26 with a few prizes, refreshments(it turned out to be a very low budget event w/fruit water dispenser drinks & mini Hershey nugget chocolate), but I appreciate the attempt to revitalize the atmosphere at Macy's like it once was. While purusing on the 1st floor Jr.Dept. I found a Levi's shirt discounted to $35 & a cute Coke fleece shirt $14. Next to the Jr.Dept. was Macy's Starbucks & I really love the Lavender Latte & bought a Carmel Macchiato for my daughter. The price was about $3 more, totaling $15 vs.$12 at a Starbucks shop. The barista at Macy's said Starbucks charges Macy's more so that cost transfers over to the customer I assume for convenience. What made it disappointing was my order was so burnt, it left a horribly bad aftertaste in my mouth. So I guess it may be my 1st & last time getting it there.

Not sure who was an employee or who was just there hanging out. Not once were we greeted, my husband had to go to the counter to ask if he could use a fitting room. At that point I was the one helping my husband get different sizes and styles. The 30minutes that we spent there shopping not once did the move from behind the counter, you can see on the pictures I posted that one of them is sitting on the counter. The had snacks and drinks, I mean they were having a great time. At one point I heard an older gentleman asking about the current promos, one of the young ladies was yelling that they had 40% off across the store. My husband only purchased on tee since no one offered to get one off a mannequin, that was the size he needed. This was the worst experience we have had here, I hope someone addresses this with the employees. I would hate to see this store close because no one is making sales. This is my husbands favorite brand and it's nice to have this store 30min away from home

He was very helpful and brought me so many options to try for the style and color I was looking for. I've shopped here before and had in mind a brand of pants I was planning on buying (Reclaim) But without his help I would've never found these pants and brand that I ended up really liking and buying them. Customer service was excellent. I didn't get the name of what seemed to be the manager but she was very helpful as well and answered all my questions and concerns about other pants I was looking to buy or were interested.
