Before we went in there were two ladies outside talking about how rude the lady inside was but we still gave it a chance. Man we regret it. The employee we dealt with was extremely rude and had a noticeable attitude toward us. She seemed hesitant to help us and made the entire experience uncomfortable. It was especially disappointing because we had six other kids who were excited to come back and shop there as well. Unfortunately, because of the way we were treated, we will not be returning. There were only two registers open, and I felt embarrassed because the repeated sales pitch was holding up the line behind me. I understand employees may be encouraged to promote credit cards, but customers should be able to say "no" once and have that decision respected. The experience felt unnecessarily pushy and made checkout stressful rather than pleasant. I hope management provides better training on respecting customers' responses.

No one greeted us or offered help, even though I heard employees warmly welcoming and chatting with other customers. One employee repeatedly walked past me without acknowledgment, and when we asked to see watches at the jewelry counter, we were ignored while the employee spoke to others around us.
