Went to get my bonus baby a Christmas gift. They had what she wanted. Everyone else was sold out. Friendly staff, clean store, a nice variety of my favorite Nikes and Jordan.

    Try you luck with this

Shoes galore & if your into funko pops they got you covered. Went in to sell Sum of my son shoes. The guys there are very nice. For me I had my eyes on The Chucky glow in the dark funko pop. So if you need to sell your sneakers This is the place to go.I suggest before going do you diligence and search for Price. Also check the conditions of the shoes they offer is what is expected . So check this place out.

This place is the best place in the Bay Area to get shoes/pop! Also online they sell shoes ! It's my 3rd time selling to them, pretty good prices for your shoes!

definitely a spot to hit if you're a sneaker head in the bay area. the online inventory is always up to date with the in store sneakers selection, which means you know what they have before you arrive. the service was great. some shops got that we're too cool to be bothered vibe, this shop has none of that, they offer their assistance but aren't pushy, like i said their selections speak for themselves. the do "hunandun" (sale hundred and under) and ALWAYS have heat worth camping out for!

    Poor Quality and horrible material

Be careful of counterfeits! The Fix is one of the few "resident" boutiques here in the SJ area for designer/retro kicks. After my experience, I would mainly use it to sell used J's or to preview shoes in-person before I buy from a reputable source, that verifies authenticity. This place is definitely a first-come, first-buy situation as they are very limited on size options. So common sizes sell fast, that's if they ever had them in stock. My strongest advice is to inspect the gear in detail, before you complete the transaction. Don't let that lust for "J's" cloud your judgement like me or feel pressure from staff to move the hell out of the way, so they can make that next sale. There are counterfeits everywhere, yes even here. I bought a pair of Jordan IV and V and the V's had a flaw straight out-of-the-box! There are NO refunds or Returns which I'm not even mad at The Fix, it makes sense bc there are too many hustlers out there that try to run stupid games. Issue: The sole became completely loose/separated in the middle after wearing them like six times...only to work. I have an office job. Out-of-the-box the upper portion of the sole separated from the leather around the toe of the shoe. It was only noticeable once I laced them up. There is some factory sewing/stitching but it's not enough to hold. What's so funny about it is that I didn't even notice the flaw, but one of my mini sneaker heads pointed it out to me, while I was wearing them. This leads me to acknowledge that just visually inspecting kicks is not practical, specifically when there is no guarantee of authenticity. it's best to lace them up and see how they look, feel and flex on your feet as well. BUT The Fix doesn't allow this...again another rule that makes sense bc you don't want to purchase a $250 and higher shoe that multiple people gave it a test drive. Also you will not have that option IF you purchase online. So beware and understand that you are buying at your own risk and The Fix doesn't really give a damn about issues after the purchase is complete.

Shoe game is not doing so well and the fix kicks prices aren't helping either. Employee was more annoying than a telemarketer.

They're expensive, and when you need them for comfort and support, you really don't want to get it wrong. I spent over an hour here and never felt rushed once. Liz took the time to answer questions, help me try different options, and even helped me order a different color. The store started getting really busy, and there were a few customers complaining, but she handled everything like a total pro while still making sure I felt taken care of. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and she absolutely delivered!

The shoe selection is carefully curated - and by that I mean that you'll only find higher-quality footwear, but also that your selections are going to be limited. For the men's shoes, there very limited choices for dress shoes, needed for my work, and I'm on my feel for a lot of the day. In fact, on a recent trip there really only was one pair of Eccos that would have worked. There are more casual, non-athletic men's shoes, and a larger selection of sneakers like Hoka. They have an okay rewards program - you get a point for every buck you spend, and when you accumulate 300 points then you get $20 off your next purchase. Essentially it's about a 6.7% rebate, and it hooks you back in to spend even more money! Be aware of the expiration dates of the rewards, however. Look out for brochures or emails with a 15% coupon as well.

My boyfriend and I came in to return a pair of shoes, but we were apparently confused about the return/exchange policy--or perhaps it wasn't explained clearly when we originally purchased them. We were under the impression that returns and exchanges could be made within 90 days of purchase. When we arrived, we were told that our shoes could only be exchanged, not returned. That wasn't the issue. Once the policy was explained, we understood it. What made the experience frustrating was the attitude we received from multiple employees. The staff kept repeating the policy over and over, and it started to feel less like they were helping us understand and more like they were talking down to us. One sales associate, Vlad, was especially condescending. He compared our situation to buying a used car, driving it around, scratching it up, and then expecting a full refund. He repeatedly pointed out scuffs on the shoes, even after we acknowledged and understood the policy. The comparison felt unnecessary, and his tone came across as rude rather than helpful. Later, after Vlad went on break, we were assisted by Chris at the register. He was able to process the exchange onto a gift card, which we appreciated, but he also seemed to be in a bad mood and wasn't particularly friendly. Maybe it was just an off day for the staff, but the overall customer service at this location was disappointing. If you have the option, I'd recommend going to the Campbell location instead. I've consistently had much better experiences there.

Just a very tight parking lot with small spaces ( we had a big SUV) and crazy Tesla drivers speed racing vying for parking. Do please park 400 feet away and walk.
