Everyone,…read morefrom the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, is so welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. Not to mention the uinform scrubs are so cute! I am currently a student in the Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy programs, and my instructor, Mrs. Fintress Springs, is absolutely amazing! She is always smiling and knows how to make every class both fun and informative. I would also love to give a shoutout to Mr. Dominique and Ms. Hazel! They have been some of the biggest cheerleaders anyone could ask for and genuinely make coming to school and learning something to look forward to. Being surrounded by this kind of support and encouragement motivates me to keep pushing forward and continue working toward my goals.

I'm in the medical assistant program, but there is many more programs available! Mr. Aaron is such an amazing teacher. He is so talented and an active listener as well. He will actively support you if needed and is a comedian so he makes the classes be so fun. I'm excited for future instructors that I'm getting! This school absolutely cares and wants you to succeed as they help you stay motivated consistently and give advice. So many resources too! This type of school needs to be all over the states. People deserve a school like this where they enjoy coming into classes.

I met with Dell, who was AMAZING! He discussed a couple of educational programs with me and showed me around and introduced me to some instructors and administrators. I was impressed with the programs but was even more impressed with the hands on training that one can obtain along with his/her education. They have a make shift and hands on pharmacy and IT department where one can practice what they learned in the classroom. They are also military friendly and flexible with your school schedule which makes it super easy to go to school. They offer various certificates and degrees. I highly recommend taking a tour and talking to an admissions advisor (Dell) if you are looking for a great school. Asher is the place to go, did I mention that it is also Accredited? What more can you ask for? See for yourself, check it out, you won't be disappointed.

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I, along…read morewith others in a similar position, have received from Asher College in attempting to re-enroll and continue our educational journeys. This letter serves not only as a reflection of my personal experience but also as a broader critique of the college's administrative inefficiencies, lack of communication, and disregard for returning students who are sincerely trying to better their lives through education. As an institution that markets itself on accessibility, career-focused education, and a student-first philosophy, Asher College has severely failed to uphold these values in practice. Despite repeated efforts to contact staff members, submit necessary paperwork, and express interest in returning, my inquiries have been consistently met with silence, vague reassurances, or outright neglect. Emails go unanswered for weeks. Phone calls are shuffled from one department to another with no clear resolution. The burden of follow-up has fallen entirely on me, as if the college is doing me a favor, rather than fulfilling its basic obligation to provide guidance and support to its former and prospective students. It is deeply frustrating and frankly insulting to feel so invisible and unimportant to an institution that once welcomed me as a student. There appears to be no streamlined process for re-enrollment, no designated staff member responsible for handling returning student cases, and worst of all, no sense of urgency or accountability. It's as though once a student pauses or steps away from their education for any reason--life circumstances, health, financial hardship--Asher College writes them off completely. The irony is that Asher College continues to heavily advertise its commitment to student success, flexible scheduling, and career development. Yet when actual students--real people with ambition and motivation--try to return and complete what they started, they are met with indifference. This is not only unprofessional, but deeply disheartening. Many of us who are trying to return are doing so because we value education, we trust the mission we were once sold, and we want to finish what we began. The current treatment undermines that trust entirely. If the college is overwhelmed, understaffed, or lacks the infrastructure to handle returning students appropriately, then that needs to be acknowledged transparently and corrected immediately. Instead, the experience has felt more like being stonewalled, as if Asher College no longer wants the responsibility of helping students navigate their return. I urge the administration to take this issue seriously. Implementing a clear, accessible re-enrollment process, training staff to treat returning students with the same respect and responsiveness as new enrollees, and above all, communicating transparently would go a long way toward rebuilding the trust that has been so thoroughly damaged. Please consider this a formal complaint and a plea for change. I hope no other returning student is made to feel ignored, discouraged, or dismissed the way I have. If you're looking for a school that respects your time and you as a student do not look at Asher look for another option save yourself the trouble of not being respected .

Title: Customer-Focused, Knowledgeable, and Truly Committed - Sol-Up Delivers!…read moreAfter an exhausting experience with a nationwide solar provider--quickly realizing they were simply too big to care--I decided to move three rooftop solar projects to Sol-Up. From my initial email inquiry and the Sol-Up team's immediate follow-up, I knew I had made the right choice. I was fortunate to be assigned to work with Antonija, who, instead of rushing us into quick signatures or pushing products and lease programs that primarily benefit installers, patiently walked my wife and me through a full Solar 101 presentation. Admittedly, I'm someone with minimal patience, but I actually enjoyed the presentation and learned a great deal about product selection and design considerations. Sol-Up has been in business since 2009, and it shows. They are highly proficient at navigating the many obstacles in today's solar environment while remaining 100% customer-focused throughout the entire transaction. Antonija, Rita, and the leadership team treated us like family, offering sensible, customized solutions for each of our three rooftops. With the federal solar tax incentive set to decline at year-end, I highly recommend reaching out to Antonija and her team for a truly "Simple and Seamless" solar solution. You will not be disappointed.

I called and asked where they all went (I saw them loading them into trucks on Ring video) and the rep said they were all broken, they were not. They also broke a few tiles on the garage, but repaired them. I have had a couple issues with the panels since, and they have been responsive, although it may take a few days. Overall, a pretty good solar company.

He assured me the $500 deposit was refundable up until they needed to pull permits. I paid the deposit and it was through a different company. What? waited for the inspection and nothing. After several weeks Chase said he was laid off. I was put in contact with Sam. We'll call him full of s*it Sam. I've tried repeatedly to contact them again and have been officially brushed off and never received anything. No refund or call back.. Also, Chase and I responded on calls and text on a cell phone. After I shared my concerns about the…read morenon-disparagement clause in the contract, I got a call from Solar Optimum's Director of Sales. He was professional and respectful, and took the time to explain their side of the clause. They're not trying to silence honest feedback across the board -- they're asking for 45 days to fix any issue before someone goes public with a negative review. I appreciate the clarification, but this is still an effort to silence consumer's right to free speech, which is something I take very seriously. I work with several brands that compete in various marketplaces, and this is a tactic I would never endorse. The clause, as written, sends the wrong message. It's written in very strong legal language, and yes, it absolutely reads like a threat. Telling a customer that their warranty could be voided over a "disparaging" comment -- even one that's truthful -- feels more like protecting the brand at the expense of the customer's rights. If a company's service is great and they handle problems with integrity, their customers won't feel the need to "disparage" them in the first place. To be clear, I otherwise had a good experience with Solar Optimum during the proposal stage, but ultimately decided not to sign due to what I consider to be a big red flag. I have no reason to believe that the positive reviews here are not genuine. I just have to assume that part of the reason they seem to out-index the rest of the industry is due to this type of tactic. I don't have a crystal ball - but the solar industry seems to be littered with companies who deal in deceptive practices, so if you want to be the "good guy", then you should have confidence that your customers will advocate for you. This isn't personal -- it's a broader concern about consumer rights. If you're thinking about signing with any solar company (not just this one), read the contract carefully, ask questions, and make sure your voice doesn't come with fine print attached.
