I am a new student here at the Key Realty School. I know nothing about realty, nor am I even close to someone who practices real estate. So walking into class completely unaware of how it may be. I was scared and worried about learning all the material and feeling overwhelmed. At first it seems like it is so much to have to learn and I felt discouraged. After attending the classes you see how they did a great job at making it easy for someone to obtain the knowledge one step at a time. They have broken things up in the most simplest form and laid out the steps to fully succeed. Each teacher I have met has been so kind, patient and encouraging. I watch people from all ages and all walks of life come into class and be able to fully understand. These teachers know how the human mind operates. They each deliver insight on different ways to study and ways to think in a more positive light. it's incredible how you can go into this school and feel like you are so welcomed it's like a small family. The teachers literally go out of there way to make sure you fully understand. I watch them stay late to answer questions or help students one on one. They want to be there and they enjoy seeing someone succeed. That is so motivating and I think is key to any student who's worried or scared about entering in this line of work. Walking out of these classes you feel like you can do anything. So I fully and honestly recommend anyone to join in on a class even if you don't pursue this line of work. Just being able to get this kind of knowledge is good for anyone in the real world because this is going to help anyone be able to manage and understand what to do with their own homes. I paid $499.00 for the following. 7-10-18 Week one I had to endure 4 days of listening to Teddy and his sexist and racist, bigoted dialog and rants. He seems to enjoy belitting students, and humiliating them at ever opportunity. In addition we were subjected to all his personal likes, dislikes and personal opinions on many subjects none having to do with Real Estate. Out of a four hour class most was spent listing to his fat pompous ass pontificate about himself and his personal views not Real Estate. Week two on the first day of class the instructor bends over and gets in your face and starts yelling at you and pounding on the table you are seated at an humiliates you in front of the entire class , out of control behavior and certainly less than professional. It was being treated like a 12 year old in detention. Thereafter when you go to the Education Coordinator to report and complaint about the behavior of instructor, as you are speaking to the person listening to your concerns out of nowhere comes their Bouncer/Henchman with the to tight clothes on to interject into your conversation and attempt to intimidate you once again. Not impressed so far. Attended class again today 7-11-18, since my complaint, there was a change in classroom conduct. Actually feel like I was in a serious adult educational course today. read more

I purchased the Real Estate Comprehensive Review Kit/Exam Prep and I couldn't have been happier. It had been years since I took my education courses and I needed a refresher and this package came with everything I needed and then some. When I purchased the package, it came with a huge binder with extensive practice information on law and principles as well as dozens of practice tests. I purchased the live stream and I was unsure how that would go not being in the actual classroom. I was able to ask questions just like everyone else and it was so easy and convenient! Rick Diaz was the instructor and he was really easy to understand and super informative. Very funny guy too which made the day enjoyable and more than just an online class. He also really sticks to the schedule and is clear with what we should be paying attention to and writing down. Not only did I have access to the online live class, but they loaded the video along with other past videos in my online portal so I can refer back to them when I need to. Key Realty is the best school to go to whether you need your education requirements, post licensing, or exam preparation. I have truly enjoyed my experience thus far. From the moment that I walked into the office, the atmosphere of the team is highly inviting. My education coordinator is Jena and she made all the nerves that I had totally ease off! She welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable, chatted with me about my goals and timeline. So, my two year license renewal date was swiftly approaching. Upon deciding that I wanted to get into real estate school following research and getting guidance from others including my husband whom himself went here a few years back, I decided Key Realty was the school for me. The school is awesome, I decided to go for an extended time rather then just the 4 weeks (or even shorter) which I felt would work best for me. I have had Teddy as my teacher this whole time and so far it's been very educational, insightful, eye opening and fun. And yes Teddy is a character and lives on the edge, but he is like the Godfather of Real Estate, he does not just have incredible knowledge, but as a foreigner what I appreciate is that he "gets" other cultures from around the world and the importance of being open-minded. There is a lot to learn and take in but it really is a wonderful experience. I am very much looking forward to moving on and passing my test, but will miss and cherish the time I've had here and the wonderful people I've met. The Real Estate exam is not easy to pass! However, Key Realty School has all the resources available to help achieve your goals. The combination of in-person instruction, combined with practices quizzes and exams, as well as reading materials are great. The only complaint I have is they really need to update the recorded audio as soon as possible because it is in low quality now. Also, an updated user interface would go a long way for the online study section including drop boxes and overall better organization. The instructors were great and had real world experience in Real Estate. At times they can go a bit off topic but that can be said for any instructors. I have learned so much in my time being here. They also offer cram courses that act as extensive reviews for all the content that you should focus on while studying. Plus, their open policy is exceptional as in they let you attend classes and reviews over again if you need. You only need to pay once! Passing is basically up to you at this point! read more

My son signed up for real estate school at Key Realty School at the end of last year, and did both on-line and in class sessions. I am amazed at everything he learned, and the depth of how much he learned from the instructors. The instructors who taught my son are very knowledgeable, and understand the ins and outs of this industry. Everyday my son and I would discuss in detail what he learned that day. They not only focus on all the topics that are covered in the exams, but they discuss how to conduct business, and how to present yourself in this industry. These courses are beyond thorough, there is no way you could take these courses here, and not learn anything. My son took the Pierson real estate exam two weeks ago, for the first time, and passed both tests! This school is amazing, and exceeded my expectations and investment. JUST PASSED my exam first try! I choose Key because of all the positive reviews and that they have classes starting every week. The classes are informative and the instructors explain things in a way for you to understand. They also have a lot of practice testing on the site and other tools to help you study. Special shout out to Steven who is an incredible teacher and truly cares about his students and their success. I am extremely grateful for all the knowledge and advice Steven has given me. Also Tamara's classes are very informative, she teaches in a way that you just memorize what she says. I did study a lot outside of the classes, because I was determined to pass the test the first time and I just refused to pay Pearson Vue another $100 to retake the test. Also I highly recommend Rick's test prep, its a long day but worth it. If you put in the time and effort it can be done started my classes on November 16th passed my test on December 26! read more

I am so happy I did my research prior to enrolling in real estate school. The in-house classes are phenomenal, most of the teachers are absolutely outstanding. They don't just help you prepare for the exam, but also give you tips for being successful in the field. The curriculum materials are also great (workbook, binder, and online resources). It's also nice that they have different real estate firms come in and talk to you regarding choosing a broker for after you pass the exam. The in-house classes I believe there is an option to do the one-day exam prep included in package, definitely encourage that option - there is also a one-day math test prep that is not included but offered as well which I will definitely be taking prior to the exam. Would 100% enroll with them all over again. Great school. I also (ironically) rent from them (didn't realize until after enrolling that I rent through Key Realty) - also great!
