Initially, we contacted Neptune Electric to install lights under our kitchen cabinets and additional outlets. Jose is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. His crew did a great job installing the lights and an additional outlet. The other outlet couldn't be moved because of a firewall. We contacted Jose a second time because we were having problems with our circuit breakers. Jose checked out the outlets and breakers and resolved our issue . My husband was happy. **I did not actually get any service done. This review is solely based on my experience prior to. So anyway, my coach lights all of a sudden went out (both of them) and a few others in my neighborhood also had the same issues ON THE SAME NIGHT, how weird is that? They had issues with their sensors and other things so I assumed mine were just that too. Me, being smart (not really), decided to set up an appointment with a company for them to come out and troubleshoot/change sensor. However, I had to cancel the appt because mine were actually JUST the bulbs (I know, my fault). Out of all companies, Neptune electric has the best quote/rates and was very responsive. 2022 Review. My lights weren't turning on. My circuit breaker kept tripping. I couldn't find the short circuit. Jose came and found it right away. He is fair and charges a lot less than other companies. He even explained to me what happened when he found it. This would help me in the future. Yelp sent requests for quotes from other companies: Other companies require a minimum of $190 regardless if it's a simple fix. I needed my kitchen light replaced on an 18+ foot slanted ceiling. I got 6 quotes from different vendors. Jose at Neptune was highly recommended and I started communicating with him via Yelp. He asked that I attach photos so he could give me a quote. Within minutes after the receiving the photos he gave me a quote that was far better than most of the others. On the day of the appointment he and his crew were 5 minutes early. They disassembled the old track lighting, hung the chandler light adjusted the chain link to the correct height that we wanted it. The majority of the process was leveling the light do to the slanted ceiling. When they were finished they made sure that the kitchen was exactly the way it was when arriving. Everything was done in a professional manner and they did an excellent job.
