It's hard to find a good contractor in Las Vegas and it's even harder to find competent, friendly and safe electricians so I am so happy I found 24-7 Electrical Services! I wanted to write this review in case you're looking for reliable electrical work -- this is the place you want to call. We've had Rene and Jesus out to work on three different projects at our house and every single time we have been phenomenally pleased with not only the consistent quality of their work, but their friendly and caring attitudes towards us, our home and our pets. They've installed two heavy-duty plugs and have replaced a breaker and the prices were fair and reasonable and the work was done quickly and correctly the first time. Best of all, they show up exactly on time and when they say they will. You don't even get a several hour window of time, it's an exact time and they are always here like clockwork. I mean, when can you say that ever happens with contractors in this town? Just today the guys installed a new ceiling plug for my home theater projector. They personally hauled out the extra insulation and bagged it up nicely for me and to top it off, they ran the vacuum cleaner when they were finished! That's red carpet service right there. I don't have enough positive things to say about this business. Even the owner personally calls to make sure you're happy with the work quality. Thanks for the great job, guys. Can I tell you how uber pleased I am with my electrical services company? Stellar work and professional. I had the pleasure of having Renee come out to fix my outlet outages in the master bedroom and living room. Also, I was able to get a crackling light switch repaired. I literally feared that switch. I made an appointment early this morning, was given an estimated arrival time AND sure enough, Renee was dead on. Luv it. Where to start my rave? Alonso called to tell me they were arriving shortly. They arrived slightly early, which is "on-time" in my world. This should have been a ridiculously easy job, but the previous "electrician" left my pool control box in a horrible mess. Alonso and Rene started working and then they came to my door and asked if I would mind if they simply stripped all the garbage wiring from the system and rewire it all so it was neat, clean, and to code. Of course I didn't mind, but was dreading the cost, dreading the time. Alonso explained that if they worked with what was there, it would take a couple of hours, and it would be faster to work from scratch. They began pulling all the wires out, it was incredible to see how fast it was stripped bare. 45 minutes later, they knocked on my door and told me they were done. The bill was a quarter of what I was expecting, and the box was clean, safe, and well appointed (see before/after pix) Entirely enthralled and impressed with this crew. Had an emergency and they were here right away. Couldn't ask for better service. Rene was able to let me know the problem (hit a wire with a screw and shorted out my electricity) and what needed to be fixed. He was in and out in 30 min with my electricity restored. And they were reasonable with the price which I truly appreciate. Will definitely call them again if anything else electrical comes up. read more

I only found one other listing on yelp that would install cat6 ethernet lines in my home. They seemed shadier, so I called the top rated electrician (24/7), and was happy to find out they could send someone out to do the job. Rene came out and I was so glad he did. After watching what he did, I became very happy I didn't try and do this myself. More importantly, Rene was one of the best specialists I have had to my home if not the best. I just bought and sold a home, so we have a lot of trades coming in and out, and Rene was on his own level. He was polite, worked fast, kept me up to date on the job, told me about some of the issues that might come up and how he was going to mitigate those, and taught me a lot about my new house too (seriously). Lots of professionals come into your house and treat it like a worksite, not Rene, not only did he cover everything in plastic to ensure my stuff didn't get dirty, when he left the place was literally cleaner than when he came in. Also, and probably most importantly, that cat6 line is crazy fast. If you need electrical work of any kind I highly recommend calling 24/7 and Rene. I am now going to sleep better if something electrical in my house malfunctions because I know they will take care of it. read more

I had multiple outlets go out in my townhome. Rene came out and was very polite and said he'd take care of me so I didn't have anything to worry about. I offered him drinks, tipped him, paid my bill and almost immediately the outlets went out again. He said he'd come back Thursday, October 26th at 9am and I never heard from him again. They scammed me good and I still don't have working outlets. They really fooled me. read more

This review is based on customer service skills and not their physical work. I really don't like to give bad reviews so when I do it's not to hurt the company but, in hopes that they'll read it and try to make things better. I've called them on 2 separate occasions and both times I've gotten the same lack of response. The first time they eventually called me almost a week later and 2nd time I haven't even heard back from them at all and it's been a week. Unfortunately, I'm looking for another electrician that needs work. read more

Rene came to our house less than 24 hours after our original call as all of our smoke alarms were going off simultaneously (false alarm). Rene came in and switched out the 7 alarms in a matter of minutes, tested them and gave us a one year warranty. Will definitely use this company again - thank you! read more

Alonso, I tried to get in touch with the company, but the web address has been canceled and the phone mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. When I finally was able to reach them by phone, I had them come out and they gave me a quote of $375. Then the quote changed to $750. You can't reach them by phone, and their web address was taken down. Now I understand why. I'm mad at myself for wasting my time. read more

24-7 electrical was efficient, fair priced, and timely. I contacted them for a quote through the Yelp tool three days ago. They were able to give me an appointment for a quote two days ago then came out to my home yesterday to do the job. Jesus and Renee were very professional and did a great job hanging a chandelier in my family room, fixing a pendant light, and correcting an outlet that was wired incorrectly. They did all three jobs in less than an hour and a half and only charged $225 for everything. I was so impressed I had them give me a quote to install outdoor lighting on the house and along our front walkway. read more

24-7 Electrical Services is my Hero. Blowing the main circuit breaker when the outside temperature is 108 degrees is dangerous frankly, especially when you have 3 dogs who depend on you for their care. 24-7 was so prompt, they replaced the main circuit breaker and my air conditioning service man was able to replace some burned out parts. The air conditioner was up and running and tragedy was averted. I didn't get your name but I never forget a face. Thank you so very much for saving the day 24-7. I quickly realized my DIY skills weren't up to par when trying to install a spotlight security camera. I gave 24-7 Electrical Services LLC a call and asked for help. We recently purchased a home in Henderson. As the days went by, we noticed a few minor improvements and repairs that needed to be made throughout the house. We researched and found 24-7 Electrical Services and we are so glad we did!! My husband called and spoke with Alonso. We were fully prepared to wait a few days for an appointment (after all, we weren't experiencing an emergency). As such, I was surprised when my husband said Alonso was sending someone over in an hour! Rene came over and hooked us up--literally! He was polite, respectful, skilled and very knowledgeable. This company is the best! I called a few days ago because I needed a special monitoring device to be installed in my master fuse panel. I called and spoke with Alonso. He remembered me from past conversations. He told me that he is familiar with the device and will install it himself. I needed a 5pm time slot and Alonso was at my house on the dot. He took his time to install the device and he even taught me a few things about the wires inside my panel. His price was reasonable and it was exactly what he quoted me on the phone. A few days later, I was having some difficulty with the sensors communicating with the monitoring service. After sending the the manufacturer a picture of the panel, I was informed that the device was partially installed correctly. They said that the installation problem is common and no fault of the electrician. Their instruction manual was ambiguous which contributed to the error. I called Alonso and he at no point gave me a problem. He literally was at my house 1 hour after speaking with him. Alonso didn't charge me for the return trip. I wanted to give him a gift card as a tip and he refused to take it! Additionally, he gave me his personal cell phone number and said that I can call him at any time and he will take care of me. I'm very happy that this company is honest and has integrity. They treat their customers with respect and I'm a very satisfied customer! read more

Called up 24/7 Electrical services for a 240v outlet that I can use to charge my Tesla Model X. Alonzo answered and got me scheduled in the very next day, keep in mind, I called at night and got everything squared away. Installer came in and had it done in about half an hour. I paid about 2 days later, and Alonzo actually gave me a discount! Thank you! I definitely recommend them for your electrical needs! read more

Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions very patiently as I have and had no clue about LED recessed lights or smoke detectors. Unlike the other companies that came out, I did not have to wait for a quote to be emailed to me. I received a quote right on the spot and was able to negotiate an even better price by paying cash. I was in the process of installing shelves in my pantry when I suddenly encountered sparks while drilling a hole for an anchor! As I was assessing the damage, I noticed my refrigerator had lost power. This needed immediate attention so I contacted 24/7 for service. Alonzo accepted my call and he said he could send someone out in about an hour. I was relieved to know that he could send someone out on such short notice. Rene came out and determined that he needed to open the drywall to access to wiring. He cut a couple of small holes and told me he needed to splice the wire and install a couple of junction boxes. I had some concerns about the integrity of the connection and he assured me it would be ok. I agreed and he proceeded to complete job. He cut the drywall out and re-installed nicely so I simply covered them with drywall tape and spackle. Done. Rene was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. Not too mention, he had power to my fridge in about an hour. Kudo to 24-7 Electrical Services...just added to my preferred contact list! read more

Wow! I am impressed! I had 2 circuits malfunction and needed them replaced as soon as possible (one controlled my sprinklers). I called and they said they could have someone come by in about an hour. Less that 2 hours from the time I called I had the circuits replaced and everything functioning again. My electrician was Rene and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definItely recommend 24-7 and use them again. UPDATED: I wanted to add that I told my father, who is an electrician in Maryland, about my experience and he said, "Recommend that company to others because that is a fair price!" read more

I found myself in need of an electrician. I had bathroom lights go out in two rooms I called 24 - 7 and they sent Jesus within one hour of my call. I needed a ground fault interrupter replaced and all circuits tested. A lot of work was performed for not a lot of money. I also had a switch plate replaced for $150 total. Our power went down on our new home in Huntridge and the hot water system didn't reboot. I called 24/7 after researching local favorites and they sent Rene' out. I called today and the service was done today. Rene called me to say he was running about 45 minutes late, he called to tell me that, which never happens!!! When Rene got here he quickly assessed the situation and was able to complete the service all in one visit. The repair was reasonably priced for the level of work. I would call 24-7 again and ask for Rene! Two thumbs up and 5 stars for Rene!! read more

Experiencing a major electrical failure on Memorial Day was an absolute Nevada homeowner nightmare…read more Our main power box failed unexpectedly, and like most people would expect on a holiday, I couldn't get a single electrician to answer the phone. Understandable, but still incredibly stressful when you're suddenly without power. Ampere Electric was the exception. Not only did they answer the phone, they had someone at my house within an hour. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived it was late in the evening and there wasn't much that could safely be done until NV Energy could disconnect service the next morning. What impressed me was that they didn't make promises they couldn't keep. Instead, they told me exactly what would happen: they would coordinate with NV Energy first thing in the morning, get the power disconnected, and begin work immediately. That's exactly what happened. Patricio and Carlos arrived early and worked hard all day. They replaced the equipment, completed the installation, and had everything finished by around 3 PM. At that point, the only thing left was waiting for NV Energy to return so final restoration could take place. Unfortunately, NV Energy was completely inundated and running far behind schedule. This is where Ampere really separated themselves from every other contractor I've worked with. Patricio and Carlos could have easily packed up, told us we'd have to wait until the next day, and moved on to their next job. Instead, they stayed. They waited outside my house for hours. They repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience even though the delay wasn't their fault in any way. They had done their job and done it well, yet they refused to leave until the entire situation was resolved. NV Energy didn't arrive until nearly 8 PM. Patricio and Carlos were still there. The moment NV Energy completed their portion, they immediately restored everything, verified that power was working properly, and stayed until we were fully situated and every aspect of the job was complete. That level of customer service is rare. They didn't leave us stranded. They didn't pass the problem to someone else. They didn't do the minimum. They saw the job all the way through from start to finish, even when it meant spending their entire day and evening making sure their customers were taken care of. After that, charging began to stop 2-3 hours in, with error messages indicating the outlet was overheating and charging had been halted for safety reasons. To work around the issue, I reduced the charging speed to 32 amps, which worked for another three months. Eventually, the same overheating error started occurring again. To rule out problems with my vehicle or charger, I had both inspected at the dealership. They confirmed that the issue was with the outlet, exactly as the error messages indicated. Once I had that confirmation, I contacted Able Electric to address the problem with their installation. They refused to come out and inspect it unless I paid for a service visit. Instead of taking responsibility, they asked whether there had been any issues at the time of installation. When I said no, they responded that the problem could not be their fault since it was working when the technician left. Based on that logic, their warranty seems to last about 24 hours. Although it has been a year, this type of installation should last many years without problems. Their response suggests they do not stand behind the quality of their work at all. To further verify the issue, I had two separate electrical companies inspect the installation. Both technicians independently came to the same conclusion and were shocked by how poorly the job had been done. They found that the lowest-grade outlet, breaker, and wiring had been used--even though the installation was clearly intended for EV charging. This kind of setup creates a serious risk of overheating, fire, and electrical hazards for my home, my car, and my family. Stay clear of this company--there are plenty of legitimate, professional electrical companies in Las Vegas.

Experiencing a major electrical failure on Memorial Day was an absolute Nevada homeowner nightmare…read more Our main power box failed unexpectedly, and like most people would expect on a holiday, I couldn't get a single electrician to answer the phone. Understandable, but still incredibly stressful when you're suddenly without power. Ampere Electric was the exception. Not only did they answer the phone, they had someone at my house within an hour. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived it was late in the evening and there wasn't much that could safely be done until NV Energy could disconnect service the next morning. What impressed me was that they didn't make promises they couldn't keep. Instead, they told me exactly what would happen: they would coordinate with NV Energy first thing in the morning, get the power disconnected, and begin work immediately. That's exactly what happened. Patricio and Carlos arrived early and worked hard all day. They replaced the equipment, completed the installation, and had everything finished by around 3 PM. At that point, the only thing left was waiting for NV Energy to return so final restoration could take place. Unfortunately, NV Energy was completely inundated and running far behind schedule. This is where Ampere really separated themselves from every other contractor I've worked with. Patricio and Carlos could have easily packed up, told us we'd have to wait until the next day, and moved on to their next job. Instead, they stayed. They waited outside my house for hours. They repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience even though the delay wasn't their fault in any way. They had done their job and done it well, yet they refused to leave until the entire situation was resolved. NV Energy didn't arrive until nearly 8 PM. Patricio and Carlos were still there. The moment NV Energy completed their portion, they immediately restored everything, verified that power was working properly, and stayed until we were fully situated and every aspect of the job was complete. That level of customer service is rare. They didn't leave us stranded. They didn't pass the problem to someone else. They didn't do the minimum. They saw the job all the way through from start to finish, even when it meant spending their entire day and evening making sure their customers were taken care of. I am incredibly impressed with Ampere Electric, and especially with Patricio and Carlos. If you want a company that does what they say they're going to do, communicates honestly, and treats your problem like it's their problem, this is the team to call. Five stars, without hesitation. I can't thank Patricio and Carlos enough. Seriously.

I had alot of smoke detectors to replace given that they were all nine years old. He talked me into the smoke detectors that don't require batteries. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

the Nevada desert Graboids (think Tremors movie) must have struck my under-the-house-foundation…read morewater pipes for the second time. first time some years ago it was jack-hammer, partial line fix and a total mess. this year SNWA with their wifi modules notify home owners they have a leak. good thing because a leak wasn't visible this time, unlike the first one. decision time was either fix one line part way up to first manifold or re plumb the house. small house, nevertheless, costly. after the great plumbers completed their works i needed to get the drywall areas patched and painted. got three estimates. 702 P&D came in about middle. one was too low and one was too high for my wallet. and 702 P&D had a good contract along with exactly what to expect. the low bidder did't have any of that. nothing wrong with that, but for me and my home i needed some binding paperwork and written expectations. as many others have mentioned, Julio was point man. for me, couldn't have been a better experience, from the first time he showed up until the job completion. His craftsman-gentleman, Mr Ernesto, did an excellent drywall job and all that goes along with that. showed up on time, verbalized what he was going to do each day, when he was off to lunch and a return time. Great for me as i could time my service dog's business times around his schedule. honestly, unless one knew or is an expert with drywall, it is fairly difficult to tell where the cutouts from the plumbers are. and Ernesto sprayed texture on the drywall to match the walls and he did well with that too. i agree, probably the best.
