Pacific Electric, Las Vegas is by far the number 1 company Ito deal with and trust here in Henderson and Las Vegas. We moved from New Jersey and had so many bad experiences with different companies. Needing some work done we looked at Sun City Magazine, Home Advisor, and talked with our neighbors and one common thread was Pacific Electric. We now have used them for several projects big and small and never once got disappointed by been charged unfairly. They are on time, their work is done very clean and professional. I would like to give my highest recommendation to Pacific Electric, in particular, my electrician Austin, who came out yesterday and spent nearly 8 hours working hard to update the electrical system in my nearly 50 year old condo. Austin examined every thing electric thoroughly and showed me the wires behind one outlet that hadn't worked in a long time - they were burned to a crisp! There had been 2 of them like that. Austin switched out all outlet covers from yellow to bright white to match my new white paint. He switched out my old tired kitchen lights to super bright LED lights that I will never have to change. Austin labeled every switch in my panel box! Before this I didn't have a clue what went to what - it's perfectly clear now ! I am very visual, an artist who specializes in putting divergent colors together so that the effect (at least to me!) is shock, wonder and awe! After consulting with Austin, I have decided that I want Pacific Electric , Austin,to come out again to put professional accent lighting behind a stunning room divider I am having shipped here from Europe. These guys are a class act! I recently upgraded my home security system, but it could not be installed without adding a receptacle into the closet to accommodate it. Since I could only re-schedule the security company to come back a few days out, I was pressed for time to get someone out and have this done in time. I had contacted a few other electrical companies, but either could not get assurance that they could install in time or the cost to do so seemed outrageous. When I contacted Pacific Electric, they eased my mind almost immediately. Very friendly and professional on the phone when scheduling and the quoted price was more than reasonable. They gave me the usual four-hour window (8am - 12pm) so that I could make arrangements with my work, and they were there PROMPTLY at 8 o'clock! When does that ever happen anymore? The electrician was friendly, clean, and made sure the installation met my needs before completing. They cleaned up after themselves, taking great care to leave everything as they found it. With so many issues during the pandemic it was so nice to deal with Pacific Electric. Starting with Kim in the office. She was so nice and did everything to get the techs out to my place ASAP. Kenny came out first, did a great job fixing my main breaker. He was very professional and a very nice guy as he explained everything. I still had issues with my bathroom lights but it was late and he was going to come back out. Shane ended up coming back out to fix the bathrooms and he also is extremely nice, very professional, he shows you all he is doing and the plan to find what is wrong. He located the problem in no time and helped me out so much I can't thank him and Kenny enough. If I could give more than 5-stars to Pacific Electric I would. They were suggested by a neighbor as we could not get our yard lights to work. When I called a welcoming lady offered us a visit that worked for us and reviewed the process of costs, time window and was very friendly. After I hung up I recieved a confirmation email and text as promised. The next day before our visit, I recieved notification the electrician was on his way with a photo of Eric. He arrived and was courteous, friendly, listened and detailed what he would do to identify our problem. Within minutes he came back and told us what it was and the total cost. He efficiently took care of it, all is working and we told him about a future project we have been contemplating. He offered an estimate and said he could email ot to us along with a copy of our paid invoice. He made sure we were happy and he even cleaned up the small mess by the outlet! We were looking for a reasonable electrical company to install recessed lights in our living area. I called Pacific Electrical and we were scheduled for an estimate quickly. Larry showed up on time, wearing a mask and gave us an estimate with a senior discount. We were scheduled for the following week, but as a result of a cancellation we were rescheduled for 2 days after the estimate. We stated that our attic space was very low and could they make sure the tech that would have to access the attic be on the "thin" side. Eric Coons and another tech came in explained what they had to do, moved the furniture and covered it all including the floors and installed 5 recessed, dimming, LED lights. They did a great job and cleaned the entire area including vacuuming the floor. The room looked liked it did before the came. The lights are amazing and we wished we had done it sooner. Half of my rooms at my house went out Friday. I am new to the area and didn't know who to call so I asked Siri for help. I ended up calling at 3 pm this company. The electrician who works for them came in, went upstairs to my bathroom GFI plug, took it out and observed it. He then asked where my electrical box was outside, took a look at it, told me the four of the switches were turned off, turned them on and reset my my 3 GFI's. Thus took approximately 20 minutes. My bill was $228.00 at 4:30 pm. Their company is a 24/7 company and I felt this amount was very steep. Had he checked my outside electrical box first he would see that the problem was the switches, turned them back on, reset the GFI's and possibly the bill may have been lower. I purchased a solar system and managed the implementation to save money. That meant finding electricians, roofers, etc to get the technical work done while I did as much labor as I could. Finding the electrician was the hardest part. I pulled a page of electrician names from the internet and started calling. I received estimates that were far greater than I thought the work was worth. Gary at Pacific estimated the project very closely to what I thought it should cost and put a crew on site that knew what they were doing. The project cost exactly what Gary said it would and it was done when he said it would be. It passed County inspection the first time through. I highly recommend Pacific Electric. I had an electrical fire and I contacted Pacific Electric Inc for assistance. The customer service is excellent. Scheduling was based on my needs and all timelines discussed were met. The insurance adjuster was at my home when LaRon, the electrician arrived. The adjuster briefed me earlier on possible remedies to the problem and LaRon inspection and presentation of the problem and possible solution was consistent with the adjusters. My wife and I were traumatized by the electrical fire and LaRon was patient and understanding of our fears and concerns. He gave us a thorough explanation of the scope of work that is necessary and highlighted the safeguards the company takes to alleviate our concerns of future problems. we had to replace electrical pipes and boxes to code on flat roof of our town house. before our roofing was redone for the upcoming monsoon season. i called pacific electric and elizabeth sent out ken with in a day to access the situation and plan out the new installation for the roof, and adding another ceiling fan in a bedroom. besides working efficiently on the roof in the heat, ken and leo did excellent work in adding a new fan in the bedroom, no mess, cleaned up after themselves. also great job and efficient work within a few hours replacing the old conduit and junction boxes on the roof. now everything up to code and perfect! planning to call pacific electric in a few months to have more ceiling fans replaced and changed indoors, plus new lighting fo our older vintage vegas town home. read more

I feel absolutely confident and 100% comfortable with them. My big dog loved them!! He always loves making new friends :) he's a 165+ Presa Canario who is wary of strangers and typically he is but he had no problem with Jessy or William and that alone reassures me greatly. I called tonight based on my lights going out in some rooms in my home, and tried to reach a couple of companies for a quote. Because it was after hours, it was hard to find someone available, and for those that were, they (Helix) wanted to charge me an emergency fee before they would even talk to me, but couldn't tell me what that fee was. Even though it took a couple hours to get back to me, the guy with Pacific Electric returned my call same night, and walked me through troubleshooting steps which fixed my issue so that he wouldn't even need to come out to charge me anything at all. He even gave me a heads up about what the problem could be if it happened again. This was our 3rd time dealing with this company. Just like the previous 2 jobs the work that was done was excellent. Today we had Travis. Super neat in that he covered the walls with plastic drop clothes for the dust and insured that the floor was also completely covered. Had 4 recessed LED lights installed. They are lined up perfectly and truly make the room significantly brighter. Before he cut anything we reviewed the placement and asked me if I wanted anything adjusted. He put the lights in, tied them to an existing dimmer switch and then cleaned up. I can't tell the man was here!! Very good work ethic. I had Larry yesterday for an estimate of the electrical jobs I wanted done. He almost didn't make it within the time period scheduled but it was worth the wait. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable of his trade and answered all my questions. I was impressed by one of his suggestions that I didn't even think of nor any of the technicians that bid on same project and after some thought, it made sense and I liked it. He is very professional! My one suggestion is if you won't mind and if your company will provide, please bring some booties to wear over your shoes (because those shoes have been all over the place) before you enter a customer house.
