I made an appointment 2 weeks In advance to replace my ceiling fan. On the day and time he was supposed to come over , he never showed up. I had to call him to find out . He came up with an excuse that he got busy on another job. I told him that he should have told me. We made arrangements for the next day but the same thing happened it he offered to come about 5 pm. I had a bizarre power issue in my fusebox and reached out to A1. My request for a diagnosis was sent fairly late in the day, so I wasn't really counting on anything before the next day. To my surprise, Victor called and said he could make my service call his last of the day. He thoroughly tested power at the box and showed me what the problem was. I had switched a few breakers off, hoping to remove the one from service that may have been the cause. He switched them back on to complete the testing and it seemed like he healed the problem.
