We had Wired Up electrical services come out and install a plug for my Tesla charger. I contacted him and he was here the next day. He was prompt and his communication was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I'm so happy to have found an electrician in our area that we can trust to give us fair pricing and quality work. Trust me - this is the guy you want to hire! read more

I tried to get a Tesla charger and installation from him. He proceeded to give me sarcastic remarks and did not take me seriously. He then called me a "scammer" and stated that he was going to block me. I needed this for a gift. Guess I'll be shopping elsewhere. Very unprofessional. 0/10 would NOT recommend. read more

Beware of Robert Moncada - very unprofessional experience. I hired Robert to install an EV charger and was told I had to buy the charger directly from him. He claimed it was new (just open-box) and under warranty. After just one use, the charger malfunctioned and stopped working. When I reached out to Robert, he responded hours later saying he had bought the charger off eBay and had already filed a claim because he suspected there was an issue with it. So he knew there might be a problem with the equipment before selling and installing it -- completely unacceptable. I offered several reasonable solutions, including letting him keep the labor fee plus an extra $40, and just refunding me for the faulty charger so I could buy a new one myself. After that, he stopped responding. By the third day, I realized he had blocked me entirely. This was a frustrating, shady, and unprofessional experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this service provider. read more

Yesterday I contacted Wired Up Electrical Services on the suggestion of a friend that had used them to install an EV charger and had good things to say. Today my Tesla wall charger was installed. Yes, it was really that quick. Robert was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, showed up at the time we discussed, and finished the work exactly as quickly as he said he would. I was so impressed, I asked him to take a look at my doorbell transformer, which kept burning out after another electrician (different company) added a Ring doorbell last year. Robert took a look, confirmed the problem with some testing, and told me I should ask the other electrician to come back and repair it for free since it should still be under warranty. He could have had an easy extra job, but he was honest with me and tried to help me save money instead, since those transformers are expensive. It's hard to find people like that these days, and I will be sure to use Robert for any other work I need going forward. read more

All the wall outlets in our Master Bedroom were without power. I got on What's App with Robert and first showed him the Breaker Box outside. The 20 amp breaker switch was tripping after turning off and back on. He said to go back into the Bedroom and disconnect everything including an Exercise machine. I then went back out to the Breaker Box and was able to move the switch to the right without tripping the breaker. I then reconnected the Exercise machine and the breaker did not trip. Evidently the Exercise machine temporarily was causing the problem. The whole thing took about 15 minutes to resolve and I paid him his remote consultation fee via Zelle. Hiss 30 years of experience paid off! read more

Wired Up Electrical Services and Robert are great! I had an outlet that burned and needed replacing. I reached out to Robert and he responded immediately. He arrived to my house promptly at the agreed upon time and was able to complete the needed repairs fast. The quality of work was excellent and the pricing was extremely fair. Everything that he fixed now works as intended. Robert even came back to my house to make an additional repair free of charge. Robert was great. Came by on very short notice the next day and did a fantastic job installing 6 ceiling fans, 3 pendant lights, and a chandelier. I had one ceiling fan that was faulty that he installed. He came back later the same day to install the new one at no additional charge. His work was efficient, professional, and very competitively priced. I would hire him again without question. read more

I was on Facebook marketplace looking for a charger for my Tesla this morning. I come across this company and it says "TESLA CHARGER FOR SALE AND INSTALLATION $300. I simply asked them if it was for the charger and installation all in? The listing was a little unclear to me. Instead I get a rude and sarcastic response. Very unprofessional. read more

Wired Up Electrical is a fantastic and affordable electrical company! We previously used Robert and his company because they were most affordable to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet to fast charge our Teslas. We then used them again to install a 2nd outlet for our Tesla and to install 4 recessed lights in our living room. Robert and his wife worked quickly, cleaned up and covered our furniture while they worked efficiently to get the lights installed. I'm ecstatic with the results! They are more affordable than anyone else I got a quote from and yet still had such professionalism. I will definitely use this company again if I have any electrical issues or upgrades that I need addressed! Highly recommend! read more

Robert gave me an estimate through Yelp messaging with only a description and photos I sent him. His price was competitive with other estimates I received. Other electricians wanted to come out to review and give an estimate. He was able to come out within a few days when I was available. He was very nice and respectable. I asked if he could put on protective shoe booties, and he did without any complaints. His work was very quick and neat. He cleaned up after himself and tested everything before leaving. read more

Complete no-show. After detailed conversations Wired Up Electrical Services completely no-showed and did not respond to text. Not sure if this is a real business or a weekend side hustle but not showing up when agreed upon and not reaching out as to why is bad business and a waste of my time. read more

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I certainly would not recommend anyone waste their time. Use at your own risk.

This guys installed my tesla wall charger in less than an hour. Fast and affordable. Clean work. You can tell a lot of experience.

Robert had unintentionally installed a 14-30 outlet instead of 14-50 and me being impulsive updated my review and gave him 3 stars. He almost instantly reached out to me and told me he would fix the problem. Now that's A+++ customer service! I love this electrician and will be using them again if I ever need electrical services. I decided to called them again since they previously installed my ceiling fans. I wanted to upgrade my wall switch that controls my ceiling fan for a two button wall switch. I texted him a picture of a something that I wanted it. He said it was going to be $175.00, for parts and labor. I said fine , but I wanted a specific color for the wall plate and buttons. He said if I can get the parts, he'll just deducted from the $175.00. I go to Home Depot, I found the color I wanted, I texted to him and he said those will work. We set up a time that same day for him to come. I get a text from later saying "am I supposed to jump over the gate?", I thought that's a weird way of asking for the gate code, my name is on the directory to open up the gate. I know English isn't his first language so I didn't thought much of it. I texted him the gate code. I waited for him outside my house. Right away he was very confrontational, he said "I thought you were Chinese because they are always trying to low ball me". I was confused, he said, "the original price I quoted you for a cheaper wall plate and buttons and now you bought some more expensive ones". I said that was never my intention, the parts I got cost me $25.00. He said , "the quote I gave you it would been $10.00 for parts". I was lost for words, if he would of been nicer for the start, I would of been more than glad to renegotiate, I would of still paid him the $175.00 and wouldn't deduct for the parts for I bought. He just said I rather starve than to work for people like you and just walked away and drove off. I posted a picture of my Ring camera that recorded the whole situation in case he wants to call me a lier. I get it we all have bad days but a business owner should never act like that. I called my back up electrician and he did the job for way cheaper, anyone feel free to message me for his contact information. read more

I need to have a chandelier installed in my dining room. There was a cutout with prewiring already. Robert gave a reasonable quote through phone and pictures and was able to come early in the morning and was on time. He installed the chandelier quickly and carefully. It looks fantastic. Then I asked him to install 8 Ecobee Switch+ smart light switches around the house. It was not part of the original job but he obliged and provided a reasonable quote. He installed them quickly while I programmed each one with the Ecobee iOS app. Robert was a pleasure to chat with as well during the job and I will definitely use him to install more light fixtures and ceiling fans in the future as I still have more to do. read more

I requested a quote online and sent a pic of my electric panel to Robert. He immediately sent a very reasonable quote and installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for our new electric vehicle the same day. He says he installs anywhere from 2 to 10 of these a week. He did a great and very clean job. The outlet works great so far and my car never charged so fast. Would definitely recommend for this type of work. read more

First appointment, they were a no call no show. No follow up, even still. Based on our first impression, we have no desire to reschedule. Hired a different company. Wow, lol... Very rude response by owner Robert. As per Roberts request, I have also posted screen shots as proof of our conversation and the appointment, as well as the phone number our confirmation was sent from. Owner Robert is a total nut job. Rather than taking responsibility and handling this issue in a professional manner, this cray cray sends private messages, harassing me because he's upset I wrote a bad review. Look at all his responses to the bad reviews. Robert would rather claim it's a scam or his competition writing bad reviews, trying to ruin his business..lol! Like I said, he's a bit off his rocker. A few too many electrical shocks perhaps? read more

Great value, quick service, Ann on time. Wired up installed level 2 receptacle EV plug in my garage and it is clean! Totally recommend

Hello Fellow Nevadians, Moved here and purchased my home several months back. I've been slowly fixing things here and there but when it comes to home electricity I'm not an expert. I called Robert and he quickly came the same day to replace and repair some old and damaged indoor and outdoor outlets with the correct AFCI type. (They stopped working). He was super knowledgeable and curious and even added an extra GFI wall plug for free. We got to talking about ourselves and he came back later this evening with a pot of homemade stew with all the fixings that his wife made extra. Now I'm not saying he will do that for everyone but this guys and his business is super legit. I highly recommend him and his company for any work you may need around your home. Stay safe everyone and have a blessed holiday season. Thank you Robert and thank your wife. Stew was very yummy. read more
