They try to up-sell every interaction. My Ring doorbell quit working. They said it was the transformer connected to the doorbell. They said I also needed a surge protector for our air conditioner. I agreed to a new transformer and the surge protector for our air conditioner for just under $1000. They changed the transformer and it did not fix the doorbell. They then quoted me a price of just over $1000 the replace the doorbell. A Ring doorbell only cost $40 on Amazon. I told them to take a hike. I'll never call them again. read more

Richard and his team have been nothing short of amazing in all they have done for us. We actually came across them randomly when we were giving away office furniture. Their owner came by and at the time, we only needed a few tv outlets put into our new office, which they did a great job at. Fast forward three years later, I needed work done on my house and they were the first ones I called. They are timely, communicative, and hard working. They clearly take pride in everything they do and are so respectful of your space. They put surge protectors on our ACs, fixed our doorbells, fixed our EV charger, installed several lights and fans, fixed my outdoor lights, and hung a pretty intricate chandelier in my main bathroom. Excellent work!! I had originally had what I thought was a good 240 electric power plug installed in 2021 for my 2021 M3 Tesla so that I can charge at home. I paid $350.00 for the installation plus a generous tip. The power plug started getting hot in 2024 which caused my car to stop charging. I called the electrician back; they said they repaired it; however, it started getting hot again in 2025. The electrician came back and repaired it free of charge but I gave them a $200.00 tip because they did a lot of work......fast forward and it's hot yet againI decided I needed to call an electrician that was familiar with Tesla charging installation. I went to the Tesla app and called 3 other certified Tesla electrical companies and decided to go with Electricode. They came out today and installed a Tesla charger. It looks so good and it tested well. My technician Adrian Narag was very personable and professional. He explained "why" my original electrical plug would not work properly and would keep getting hot which puts my home, car and myself in danger. I wish I had gotten my charging station installed correctly the first time; but you live and learn. Electricode installed a home surge protector, a new breaker and fixed a 120v plug. They also did a maintenance review of several items. Once again, Adrian with Electricode has done an exemplary job for my house. Jayden, who brought the surge protector for installation was also professional, courteous and helpful. Adrian checked the specs on a new air conditioning unit that was installed in 2023, and the maximum breaker recommended is a 2p20. However, the original breaker in my panel for my old AC, was a 2p30. He explained that the double pole breaker in my panel needs to match the new AC specs because in some instances, overheating could occur. It is surprising that the company who installed the AC unit wouldn't have made sure that the old breaker matched the new AC unit specs. I am super happy that Adrian checked that. I always find him to be thorough and efficient in addition to being pleasant and professional. I did a google review last year and they were amazing then as well. Very Bad Service, I contacted them yesterday cuz one of my power outlets in the restroom is not supplying power and explained to the person, the owner contacted me back and told me that it'll be $75 to get it fix and we agree to meet the next day at 11 he came at 1045 which is good but when the electrician arrived and showed him the broken outlet he started to wondering around testing every outlet in the house and even the outlet in the apartment downstairs which is a separate property. At the end of 45 minuets he could not find the problem didn't fix anything and still demand his payment (the $75) cuz he came to the service call, dude you didn't do anything and still charge me for the only reason why I paid him was because I was already upset with the guys incompetence and just wanted out of my property read more
