I had a Sunverge battery in the house attached to our solar system. Sunverge went out of business and I did not want a giant lithium battery sitting in our garage with no way to monitor its health or status. I dealt directly with Coree approved to be very good explaining what they recommend and what they were going to do. They planned and had the plan approved by engineers and took care of all the applications to include the HOA. They did installation on my house and one day. I'm an engineer and I know pretty good quality work and I think that They use quality parts and it was well planned out. Their estimate in bid was reasonable and after talking to Corey I felt that they were the best company for me. I was a victim of ADT Solar Company who dropped their customers after installing the solar panels. I was kind of lost on what to do and how to go about it. Well, I recently had issues with my solar system (inverters not reading). I needed some help, so I placed my need for assistance on Yelp late in the evening. Coree Young from Panda Solar called me within the hour, (yes, late at night) to get things moving forward. He was very informative, knew the possibilities of the problem I was experiencing and he was also very polite while taking the time to explain his company's process to me. His pricing was also within reason. The following day, him and his partner came out and discovered the problem right a way. Coree gave me a quote which was also reasonable. They repaired the issue and my inverters were up and running that same day. Since they did a quick and fantastic job, I continued to use their services by getting the solar panels cleaned and having them install some bird spikes on my roof to help prevent from bird droppings covering my panels. I have a 32 panel solar array on the roof that the previous homeowner installed. I noticed production was down and come to find out 8 micro inverters had gone bad and were not working. I was able to get the micro inverters covered under warranty for the parts, but had to get them installed. Actually, Panda helped to get one of them covered as well. They worked directly with Enphase on this After calling 4 other solar companies, being redirected to other companies 3 of those times, I found Panda Solar. I found them via a Google search. A previous company quoted me almost $3,000 to replace the micro inverters, remember I already had the parts, and that was a highway robbery quote.
