Dealing with…read moreSunStrong has been a total nightmare, and it was difficult to get a technician out to look at our solar system which we determined need to be assessed for problems that we were experiencing. So we contracted Bella Vista Solar to come out and look at our system. We were so very impressed by the technician who came because he instantly diagnosed the problem. We asked him to put in writing what he discovered and include that info on the invoice. It cost $100 for him to come out, and it's very much worth it. Armed with that description, we were finally able to persuade SunStrong to send their selected contractor to take a look. And yes, we have installation and maintenance issues with our solar system. And it took Bella Vista's diagnosis to confirm. SunStrong then arranged to fix the problems.

He explained that this could be rolled in to my solar install and I could have new heaters and new solar and qualify for a nice tax credit as an added bonus! He referred me to another super nice hvac company and they were just the BEST as well! Good people know other good people and I really appreciated them all! During a time when I was super stressed with some medical issue worries and no heat in November when it was getting colder.....Joey and his company took care of everything. They gave me what I felt was a more than fair price and just coordinated it all. My solar is working nicely, the Tephra install crew was very nice and I just really can't thank them enough for really doing their best and taking care of me with great customer service during that time and continued checking to make sure I'm happy with the solar.
