Refer to pictures for proof 1. Verbally told him I work 8-5pm. He schedules Tuesday 5:30pm. So far so good. 2. He shows up Tuesday 9:14 AM and texts me but I can't reply while at work. But why show up at 9:14 AM When we scheduled for 5:30. 3. He apologizes and takes responsibility. Ok, accepted, I'm chill. So we scheduled for next Saturday 8 AM 4. Saturday 8 AM no show. He stated he sent his crew out on another job. He apologizes again. Really? a second mistake a scheduling? 5. He then wants to schedule for yet another day so then I told him I had my mornings opened for the whole week which he has told me works well for his crew so win-win. But there was no reply on this third appointment for hours. At least not until I finally told him that I wanted to cancel completely. 6. Now he claims we had agreed on this "third" appointment, that he had sent a message or maybe it didn't get sent through. *face palm* Even if he did actually send a message and never went through, how can you just assume you can show up without my consent, without a simple "ok" from me. Anyway, I'm well aware he didn't send it. I'm sure he does a great job with the landscaping based on everyone else's reviews but how would I know myself if I don't have my own personal experience with him. read more

Dealing with Solano Tree Service has been a breeze and my experience could not have been more positive. I hired them for clearing weeds/brush from my property to satisfy the city's weed abatement notice. The quoting process was straightforward and pricing very fair considering the job. They are very familiar with dealing with weed abatement and even suggested further cleanup I hadn't even considered due to their fire code knowledge. On the day of the job, a crew of 5 or 6 showed up right on time (15 mins early, which I was very pleasantly surprised about) and worked very efficiently to deal with everything we had agreed upon during quoting. The cleared my almost 1/3 acre, mostly uphill property in a little over an hour. Probably the fastest crew I've ever had deal with this. I have some huge pepper trees on my property, they grow faster than grass like a jungle, dangerous to power lines, a fire hazard, and a magnet for homeless and drug use.
