I won't trust this company anymore. The problems happening after they finished the water system, replaced the grass and cutting the trees. But the leadings underground continuing leaking. The job was done 1 year ago. The first leaking problem happened after 2 months of the job done. And a new big one just happened a few days ago. I wonder how rough they take care the new sprinklers system. I ended up to have my own gardener to fix them. The grass became yellow no matter how much I water the grass. This is our 2nd time using this company. The first time was oak tree trimming 2 years ago and they did such a great job, we decided to call them up again for yard maintenance. Let's start by saying that our front and backyard (5000 sq ft) have not been maintained for about a year. It was overgrown with tall weeds and grass. Plus, there were dried leaves covering most of the yard and around our planters. We desperately needed to clean it up. Not only were they able to come by the next day, the 2 men crew did such a thorough job, we were amazed at how clean and nice everything looked afterwards! These guys are total pros. I have a giant Chinese Elm in my backyard and one of the big limbs split and it was resting on wires and on the roof of my she-shed. These guys came out, gave me an estimate to handle just that limb and another to attend to some other limbs before they became problems. We decided to do the bigger project. They texted before they arrived to warn us they would be here soon, they walked the job with me once they arrived so everyone was on the same page, and when something came up and we needed to add to the scope, they quoted a fair price and we did the additional work. He charged 40 to look which was ok as long as he gave me the answers I needed. He Gave me some recommendations that I gladly agreed to because he is the professional.
