Right from the initial contact with Juan at Cisneros Tree Care I knew I selected a great company. Juan's friendly demeanor made it easy for me to work with him...and that he was flexible with my schedule was super helpful. What appeared to be at least 12 guys was probably only 5-6 who knocked out a prune job of my wisteria. I let the wisteria go for 2 seasons...I'll never do that again. It is said you only grow a wisteria if you want to work your @$$ off - it is a relentless woody climbing vine and if you don't manage it regularly it can take over your house and wrap it's vines around your neck when you sleep at night. I'll likely regret the decision to not ask the guys to prune a bit more. I guess I'm selfish in that I don't want to sacrifice next year's blooms. The job the guys did was awesome, the plant looks tidy and ready to be glorious. The team tackled the prune job in less than an hour complete with cleanup and onsite wood chipping. The thoroughness of the team will make it easy to call Cisneros Tree Care when it's time to prune our 5 Meyer lemon trees. It's a pleasure to support family owned business. I was worried about two trees that were too close to my house and because of the fires in LA, I wanted them cut down quickly. Juan's team took down a giant Ficus tree in our backyard that was pushing the block wall along our property over. His large team of guys quickly and safely took down every single branch, ground down the root, and cleaned up everything at the end, so now we can repair and straighten our wall. For any kind of tree care, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I should add that we previously used a big name company in our area (rhymes with Vinley's) to do a property line cut on the same tree and they made a big mess that wasn't fully cleaned up and damaged our property and irrigation system.
