TBH, over the years I've used a collection of sprinkler repair people who managed to do the job, but were either a bit sketch, or the next time I called, they were retired. Somehow, in the 14 years of home ownership and nearly as many projects, I hadn't run across Smart Sprinkler Repair and it's really too bad I hadn't. Brian came to fix what I thought was an issue with my backyard sprinklers but it was just an unplugged unit (embarrassing) but I had him review all the issues in my front yard which he said looked pretty standard and quoted me such a fair price, I had to move forward. Austin came on time, in a good mood, and ready to work. Within a couple of hours, he had finished all the work and tested everything out. Showed me everything he did which literally fixed all the problems including the issue of my parkway sprinklers watering most of the neighborhood which every other sprinkler repair person said they couldn't give a good solution to for toning down those sprinklers. Many thanks to Austin and Brian for doing a great job evaluating and upgrading my sprinkler system. It was an old system that was spraying way too much water into the street and not on the plants. Brian recommended that we continue to use the existing piping network while upgrading all the sprinkler heads and extending the height of some of the sprinkler heads. Austin perform the installation.
