The leaky sprinkler era at my home is over thanks to Luis and his team. I learned a thing or two as well.

I had them put in some tall sprinklers to water my yard for fire safety before a wind event. They also installed a new irrigation valve for me. They were so great at handling this special request and carried it out perfectly. I've used them before for sprinkler repair and I've always been very happy with their rates and their level of service. This company is trustworthy and great to work with. read more

Needed a potentially difficult job completed and Luis and his crew were able to get it done more quickly than expected, and did an outstanding job cleaning up and restoring where they had to dig up the turf. Had a sprinkler valave that would cause a leak under my concrete porch everytime it was turned on. Luis was able to reroute the sprinkler and bypass the leaking pipe. They did a very clean job digging and rerouting the pipe and I am very happy with their work. I will be calling them again when I need repairs for my irrigation system, highly recommended! read more

Luis was upfront, honest, organized and on time. He gave me amazing advice on some shoddy work that has to be fixed. Very polite and definitely knew his stuff. I most certainly intend on contacting him once we finish the repairs on the existing sprinkler and water line issues. Thank you Luis. read more

I had a problem with a sprinkler valve malfunction and Luis and his team saved the day. They fit me in to their busy schedule, and stayed in touch via text to coordinate the repair and arrival times. Their work was excellent, done on time, as promised, with efficiency and zero mess. I would highly recommend Evergreen for whatever irrigation needs you may have. It was also a special pleasure to support a local, Altadena-based business! read more

Luis was super responsive with a quote via Yelp messaging. On the agreed upon date and time, Luis and his crew showed up. With a quick diagnosis, he determined that a new sprinkler valve was needed. The old valve had cracked and was slowly and steadily leaking from the top. Before I finished lunch, his team was done. If you need an efficient sprinkler expert who is really friendly and charges fair rates, Luis is the person who will get it done. read more

I received a sincere answer to my question, and I truly appreciate the insight. I'm glad to know that I wasn't charged either.

We had a great experience with Luis and his team. We just moved into our new house and noticed immediately how our sprinkler system was using way too much water. Our gardeners weren't super helpful, but Luis came in and explained the whole system for us, set up system to be as efficient as possible, and suggested installing a pressurizer to make sure we weren't using too much water. Great experience! read more

There's a reason Evergreen has 5 stars from all their reviews. We recently bought a house and on the day we closed, we found a puddle of water outside a bedroom window, with water at the house line. We tried to do some digging on our own and suspected it might be sprinkler valves buried underground. We called Luis around 545pm on Thursday and he answered and said he would be by the next day around 6pm (a Friday!) to inspect the issue. As promised, he arrived the next day and gave us an idea of what he thought the problem was (leaking pipes and broken sprinkler valves). His crew (Chemo and Luis) worked diligently for hours to dig out the pipes and the valves (they discovered a total of 5) and replaced pipes and valves and rewired everything. They also located the water shutoff which was buried under 1 foot of soil and mud. They did a meticulous job. And while his crew were working on the sprinklers, Luis walked around with my husband giving him tips on plant/tree care and even showed us how to know if there's a leak in your house by looking at the city water connection meter. We cannot recommend him enough! read more

I would highly recommend Luis for landscape work. He and his team made themselves available for a big job at our son's co-op preschool on very short notice. They surveyed the space, helped us correct our material order calculations, and suggested a much easier way to wheelbarrow 10 cubic yards of sand and mulch in - streamlining the process considerably. They were efficient, kind and professional, and his pricing was great. Everyone at school was so pleased, and I look forward to working with him again on projects at my home! read more

These guys were great! We had a leak in our irrigation system. Luis and his team came out right away, diagnosed the problem, and reviewed our whole irrigation system that had been poorly maintained before we bought the property. They fixed the leak and updated our systems and taught me how everything worked so I could better understand how to manage the system. Very reasonable price, very professional. I will definitely hire them again. read more

New home owner, learning all of the maintenance lessons very quickly. I had contacted a few companies before finding Luis, and all were unresponsive or took days for a reply. Luis had a quick response time and provided a lot of great information before our consultation. The consultation was great and he knew exactly what to look for and even suggested services best for my landscape. I felt very secure with his experience and suggestions and that can sometimes be intimidating with other service providers (especially knowing nothing about landscaping or the mechanics). On the day of gutting and reinstalling my drip water system on a 7k sqft lot, Luis and his team delivered swift and efficient service. I was blown away at the speed of his crew, which were all very friendly! When finished, my landscaping looked better than before as they completely cleaned up my large yard. They had to dig some trenches to install, and you could not tell there was any work done to the yard. Everything was left in pristine condition. Thank you to Luis and your team! You guys were incredible to work with. read more

We hadn't adjusted our sprinkler system in years, so most of the bubblers were broken and several valves were blocked so entire areas were dying. Luis was so helpful. He had an unexpected cancellation and came several days early with a big crew, and quickly figured out that previous irrigation guys had created a messy setup with too many valves and too much pressure in the back yard, so we authorized him to replace the whole piping setup and several blocked valves and he and his crew stayed till after dark to make sure everything was finished. The best thing was how calm and receptive Luis was to input. He's one of the best contractors we've ever had on our property. read more

Luis and his team installed a brand new automatic irrigation system in less than a week after calling. His knowledge is extensive and his service was excellent. He even came back to fix a valve after I accidentally ran into with a wheelbarrow. I will continue to use him for all my irrigation needs and would recommend him to anyone. read more

Evergreen did a great job fixing and modernizing our 9-zone irrigation system for lawn, fruit trees, and flower beds. They updated and relocated multiple lawn sprinkler heads, replaced several values, installed pressure regulators, changed several zones from sprinklers to drip irrigation, and installed a new irrigation controller. Even with a large crew they weren't quite able to complete the work in a day, but they returned on a Saturday to finish the job. For such a large job the price was reasonable. The new system is working well and we will unhesitatingly hire them again if we need further fixes or updates! read more

This year we decided to remove our lawn and plant CA natives. We wanted to do most of the design and planting ourselves but knew we'd need some help along the way. Luis and his crew helped with some of the things we weren't up for doing - sprinkler retrofitting, valve replacement, smart controller hookup, ground prep and removal of top layer, and running new drip lines irrigation lines to several dozen new plants and a raised bed. Communication was awesome, they worked very quickly, and did a great job! read more

Highly recommend using this service. He did the Sprinkler system. Good value. Reliable and responsive service. I would rate him 5 of 5 stars

Luis and his crew are amazing! I contacted him to re-do an old sprinkler system at our rental property. They fixed the sprinklers, and he wound up cleaning up the entire back yard which was neglected and quite a mess! It looks fantastic! (See attached photos. I wish I had before pictures to show how overgrown it was). In fact, it looked so good we hired him to be the gardener at our own home! He notices things that need help and offers solutions which we love. He shows up on time for appointments, and he is very kind and professional. Hire Luis... you won't be disappointed! read more

My existing sprinkler system was pretty old. So I decided to replace it. I quoted multiple contractors, Luis was the only contractor who turned on the existing sprinkler system to check the details. I'm satisfied and will use his service again in the future. read more

Luis responded quickly to our request and gave us a quote after an in person inspection. We scheduled for the following week, and he and his crew were able to repair or replace every part of our busted sprinkler system.
