I've had several gardeners before but Cesar is the most dependable and professional gardener I've had. His price is reasonable and his service is thorough. I highly recommend his services. read more

They were accommodating in meeting and giving estimate and gave the best bid among others. $900 whereas others $1200 to $1600 to top 2 whole heavy limbs. I was not able to be present until after the work was "done" and most of their crew left but one to staying for payment. I asked why the main task of topping the top limb was not done and was informed it would make the tree not as appealing. I asked could they return to finish cutting it regardless and I was quoted it would be an extra $150. Excuse me I have to pay more for something that was the primary reason they were their to cut?!? To repeat, I'm quite disappointed that the work performed was not as agreed upon. Although the tree looks great from the unnecessary trimmings they were not requested. The primary task of topping only 2 whole heavy limbs not just their branches. They needlessly worked harder doing the wrong job! As our concern was long term control of the total height. I repeatedly contacted Caesar by text and email since 12/3/2014 to make good on actually completing the job but since I made the mistake of giving the benefit of the doubt of by paying and signing the invoice I am being brushed off. The last response I got was a bid for another location, Caesar expressed no interest in finishing the first job but rather pass on a discount for the potential second job. The original bid was $3500 but was discounting to $3000. I declined since that was the second highest bid. $2100 to $2400 were the average and $1645 the lowest. I really wanted to give them a high rating but not following simple directions and lack integrity they should be grateful I'm being fair and generous with 2 stars. I hope Caesar changes his mind so I will revise this review but I doubt it. read more

Wow where do I start! Cesar is the best! I called a Sunday afternoon to ask for an estimate, thinking I would get a voicemail, he answered and was so helpful in answering all my questions. He was able to fit me in for the following day, which was awesome. He cleaned up all my palm trees, and still some. His prices are so reasonable! I would so recommend him to anyone and everyone! read more

These guys did a great job. They were able to install 800sq feet of new grass in about half a day. The price was great, very professional. Highly recommended. read more

My dad needed some cleanup work in both front and back yards. I called Cesar and he came out the next morning and gave my dad a very reasonable quote for a lot of work on his yard cleanup and tree trimming. His crew showed up promptly on the day they agreed, knocked out all the work as promised and my father was very impressed. Not easy to impress a man who has always done his own yard work but they did. My dad even has plans to call them back in the spring to take care of the trees on his property (Nice). Thanks again Cesar for helping my dad out. read more

One of our trees came down the day after Thanksgiving on our road. I called 7 different places and he was one of the two replies I got back. Cesar was responsive and very transparent with me regarding prices and his work schedule. He and his associate came promptly to start working and removed all the debris when they were done. I highly recommend Cesar if you need someone to quickly respond to an emergency. read more

I called them to fix my sprinkler system, and move a tree. The guy came over showed up on time and looked at my sprinklers. He charged 40 to look which was ok as long as he gave me the answers I needed. He Gave me some recommendations that I gladly agreed to because he is the professional. We agreed on the scope of work, but he was unable to give me a price. He said he would email me a price, but when he left I never heard from him again. Waste of time, money, and energy. read more

Highest recommendation for Solano Tree Service! Cesar & his crew did a great job of taking out a huge palm tree & a large eucalyptus tree from our back yard. They also trimmed back a large pine tree & several other trees to give us a beautiful city view. We were very concerned with some of our garden plants & fruit trees being damaged during this job. We were relieved to find out that not even one of our plants was damaged. I can't give them a high enough recommendation & will definitely use them again & refer them out to anyone who may ask for tree service. Very happy customers, ~Anthony & Vilma read more

A few months ago, I had Cesar come by to give me an estimate. Waited a few months for me to decide and then I called him and asked him if he could still come by on a Saturday to clean up a ton of overgrowth and shrubbery. He came in the morning with 3 guys- quickest job ever. Threw everything away. Cleaned everything up. He even helped recommend a couple of things I could do to keep any future growth to a minimum. Nicest guys and what an amazing and efficient job! read more

Cesar and his team were awesome. They gave me a great price and did terrific work. My front yard was half dead due to neglect from the previous gardener. In fact it was so bad that the City gave me a citation to fix the awful looking yard. I hired Cesar to rectify the situation. He planted St Augustine grass plugs in my front yard and loosened the soil as well. Great job and great price. I would highly recommend Cesar and the team at Solano Tree Service! read more

The wait was worth it. Friendly and professional staff. I answered the questions on Yelp for this company on 9/28/18 and Cesar asked for more information like my the home address/contact info so he can get back to me for an appointment. I didn't hear from him until 10/3/18 in which it was ok because I was asking for quotes with other companies. So finally Cesar came by on 10/3/18. Went into details that my family wanted to have the 4 trees to be trimmed down, trim bushes, weed removal, and clean-up. His quote was reasonable. His first availability was 10/12/18. I didn't mind because we were in no hurry. I'm sure he'd be flexible if we did want it done right away. Usually it is good that the company is busy so I didn't mind the wait. Thanks Cesar. We will keep in touch in January for another maintenance. read more

Solano Tree Service is definitely the best around the area! Our property needed tree trimming around the electrical post. Called Cesar and he was able to respond very quickly and set up an appointment for the job. On the day of job, he arrived shortly before appointment time and was able to complete the job in a clean& fast manner. We can not be happier with the result! The price we paid for the removal was reasonable considering the amount of danger posed to the worker working around electrical post. We definitely recommend Solano Tree Service to anyone in the area and will definitely contact them again in the future! read more

After much consideration and getting different price quotes, my husband and I decided to go with Solano tree service him because they had a good price point. Our pine tree had to be taken out because it had gotten the Pine Wilt Disease (caused by a beetle), so sadly we had to take it down. Solano responded quickly, gave us an estimate, and did the job in one day. I liked the work that they did, they were professional, and they left everything very clean. I'm I would definitely use their services again. Very satisfied. read more

This was my first time working with this company and I can't tell you how happy I am!!! Solano Tree Service did an exceptional job on my yard! They're extremely punctual, fair-priced, and extremely pleasant to work with. Cesar came out to give me an estimate late in the afternoon on a Friday, and made room for my brush clearance job the very next day. He said his guys would be at my house at 12 pm, and they arrived 10 minutes early, unloaded their tools, and began the job at 12 on the dot! He said the job would take 3 hours, and he made sure of it! 3 hours on the dot, he was driving away from my property. I'd recommend Solano Tree Service to anyone looking for a service they provide.
