They are a very professional company and fulfill commitments, come on time and follow through on requests to give certain areas of the property extra attention. We asked them to work on removing some planters to allow resurfacing of our courtyard and needed this work done rather suddenly. They were able to take care of it within 24 hours -- removing plants and dirt and moving the wooden planters to another location. We hired Talgarden to fix our yard after a year of moving into our new place. We moved at the tail end of my cancer treatment and the yard was one of those things that was neglected in that first year. When we finally had the wherewithal to tackle it, we realized that the previous owners had just cut the grass and trimmed the bushes before selling, but hadn't dealt with any of the underlying yard issues. We hired Talgarden to do the big clean up and we've had them doing weekly maintenance for the past five months since. Joseph was easy to communicate with and set up the initial assessment and date for the big fix. His guys on the ground like Alex and the other workers have always been friendly, on time, respectful of the property, and efficient. If there's any delay of service (i.e. from all that rain we had this past winter), Joseph was great about communicating ahead of time when the reschedule would be. The yard itself has been coming back to life. Our roses are so much healthier and I didn't even know we had amaryllis, which bloomed this year. And our camellias, which also barely bloomed the year before, really showed off this year. It's been such a joy to be outside in our green space again. The next day they sent me a written estimate for 125.00 per time they came out and they hadn't even seen my yard.. this is double and more of what I have paid before. I can't say enough good things about these guys. My sprinklers were shooting all over the place and I needed someone to fix them. I got a couple of quotes and they were all about the same price, but I went with Talgarden because of Joseph. He was extremely professional and told me exactly what I needed (how many new heads, etc) He didn't try to upsell me at all. He came out with his crew and he fixed them in a couple of hours. A couple of days later, I realized that some of the sprinklers needed to be turned down a little bit. I sent him an email and he said he'd return to make the adjustments.
