Efrain sounded like a really nice man, but I needed someone that could speak English as my previous gardner and I could not communicate. Efrain came with a translator who wasn't going to be with him on the job. The translator quoted me a ridiculous price for the job and I just knew this business was not for me. These guys came to my house and did a beautiful job of pruning my palm tree. It had not been trimmed in at least a decade or so, and they did the work so quickly and hauled away all the debris all within an hour or two. I had an appointment with this company today for an estimate. They specifically told me they had to come to the property to give an estimate so I changed my schedule around to meet them. They didn't show up or call. When i called them 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment, they didnt pick up my call. They texted me after saying we couldnt make it. We needed ficus trees planted along the fence in our backyard. They estimated we needed 65 trees. We trusted them and accepted their recommendation. They ended up only using 35 of those trees. They overestimated greatly. The trees were also planted 6 inches apart from each other. They were literally squeezing them together to fit as many as they could b/c they realized they made us order too many. These are supposed to be planted 2-3 ft apart. They then tried to convince us that it will grow beautifully, and that we have nothing to worry about. They likely wanted to order as many as possible so they could profit off each tree since they get a discount from their supplier. They charged us full price for each tree, and bought it for cheaper. What a terrible experience! On top of that, we purchased a large tree through them that costs over $1,000. They planted this tree, and we watered the tree according to their recommendation, and this tree was dead within a few months. We just paid to have it removed because it was in danger of tipping over onto our garage. They did cut a slab of cement for us which we were happy with, but we paid $1,200 which is probably too much. So overall, we overpaid for their services, and then they did an unbelievably poor job. read more

Frustrated with the service. - not professional - did not respond to calls. This is my number 1 complaint. - do not have a formal way to accept payment. Requested that I leave a check hidden in the yard. These were not visible by my perimeter cams unfortunately. And twice checks were left and picked up. They claimed not to have picked them up and in fairness they were not cashed. But would prefer better way to pay. - I have a small patch of grass, about 10 rose bushes, and some fruit trees. The service really only involved trimming the grass weekly, minor weeding. They claimed to be 'servicing the fruit trees' but I know this not to be true as I have someone actively putting in an irrigation system and they have reported no work being done there. Essentially paying for mowing lawn weekly and being charged for more. - Not all the sprinklers work which I found on my own with no feedback from them - I have shown them the sprinkler control system but clearly not being checked. - lastly, this is not meant to be inflammatory, but inaccurately they have an English number listed. I speak moderate Spanish so this is not a huge barrier. read more
