If you think that we get what we pay for think again! After a rocky start we gave Cesar another chance. it cost us nearly $3000 dollars for a job that we now need to pay someone to re-do. the shorter version: He quoted a price, we said ok. In the middle of the job he claimed he had to charge an extra 700.00 and since it was mid job we said ok. When we asked him to look at another issue he did, then told me that was an extra inspection charge of 150. after discussion he "waived the fee". After all this we still were giving him benefit of the doubt and wanted monthly maintenance. they came once; since I was home I can attest that they spent 9 minutes with a blower. no weeding, no trimming, no nothing. I told him blowing leaves was not what I needed and he assured me that every other visit was when they weed and trim. the never came back. Now that rainy season is over I activated the timers on the irrigation. It is no good; one section of the back works, the other does not; nothing in the front works. It is no wonder he only takes cash. I have still given him the opportunity to make things right by texting him, since February 28, and he is ghosting me. Save your money and look elsewhere. read more

Cesar from Solano Tree Service was so easy to work with and made repairing my sprinklers simple and quick. He came out for an estimate and spent time thoroughly reviewing our whole system. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cesar and the team at Solano. During record breaking winds today my 20ft+ tree fell down towards my home and almost on my neighbor's fence. I came home at 4 pm and they came within a couple hours to remove the tree. This likely saved a large insurance claim and unhappy neighbors. They were friendly, professional and are now my heroes! Highly recommend for any service if you want it done right. Thank you Solano!! read more

We had a horrible job of bamboo root removal, Solano's came out the same day of my request gave me a fair estimate maybe a little better than fair we set a date and time and they were punctual and thorough and did just an amazing job. We even added a few trees to the bid/ job which they did without hesitation and at a minimal cost. I truly couldn't give these guys a high enough recommendation there should be a 10 star scale ! The root removal looks great as does the tree removal, they cleaned up there mess before they left. Such a great group of guys. Thank you again. read more

Solano tree service. If you're in the need of tree trimming services, do yourself a favor and look no further than Solano. Cesar and his team came out and tackled my very badly overgrown property. They swiftly took care of a number of mature trees including a huge palm tree with many years of neglected fronds and two large trees hanging over the houses on the lot. The team was professional, courteous and left my place cleaner than it was when they arrived. I could not be happier with the job they did and will be calling them for any future service that I need and recommend that you do the same. Thanks Cesar! read more

Cesar and his team did a great job for a fair price. I will for sure use them again and recommend them to friends and family. In fact, our neighbor immediately hired them for her trees after she saw how great mine looked. She was probably super jealous. I was especially impressed with the cleanup. They left the yard looking better than when they arrived, after trimming 3 trees and completely removing another, including the stump. You'd think that would make quite a mess, but they got it all, and hauled it away themselves. read more

Included some before and after photos. Ceaser made this nice and simple by communicating well via text and taking the lead on how to trim the trees. That really worked for me as I didn't know much other than, these trees were getting too big and the inside of my house was getting too dark! Ceaser came out the same day I called him (Saturday and I'm sure it's dependent on his schedule) and quoted me a good price. I called a couple of others who were a bit higher but really his ability to be straight forward and professional made it an obvious "yes." We planned for a few weeks later and that was it. Gloomy house problem solved! Thanks Ceaser! read more

Cesar Solano responded to my request for assistance with my irrigation system immediately. He arrived at the exact time agreed upon and he asked me a lot of questions about what we were seeing with the system, and then he conducted a diagnostic run through, explained why it appeared that we were having leaks, and helped me reset the system. He'll return if/when we see if the secondary problem emerges. No oversell, no unnecessary work -- he's a great communicator and if we have another problem, I will certainly call him! read more
