I declined both as I did not want to continue waiting even longer since my friend had already finished her food by the time I got my second plate. instead, I asked if a manager was available, which I was told no shortly after my friend and I over here the young waitress talking about me and the food issue to her coworker. Inappropriate, I was given a card and told to call tomorrow for a manager. I called the restaurant the next day around 1 PM and spoke to the owner. Before I could even talk, he told me he already heard what happens and offered me a free pastry. I asked if he would be willing to hear my side of the story, as I was explaining to the story, he would continue to interrupt and over-talk me. He told me it's my word versus their word as far as the coworker talking about me in the corner. His only solution was to offer me a free pastry. I told him I didn't want a free pastry that I wanted him to take notes of the food issue and the inappropriate behavior of his staff talking about their patrons in front of them. The owner continued arguing with me and telling me he's not polite he's a matter of fact, and if I don't like it too bad, there's nothing he could do. I can see why the ratings have gone down since the new ownership. I will not be back. PS- Dont sit in the Russian girls section. Unless you like low end customer service and to be talked about.
