Daniel, the Service Tech, called on his way over and assured me he would be able to help me. 5 minutes later, Daniel's at my meter, trouble shooting and quickly resolved my problem. Daniel made sure that my tankless water heater and stove were working and everything was perfect. I wasn't sure how much helium I would need and he asked me what I was doing, how many balloons, what size, etc. it was a long call, and he handled all my questions wonderfully. Picking up the tank was super easy. They had an invoice waiting when I pulled up. They confirmed again that I would have enough helium (I did) and showed me how to use the nozzle. They loaded it into my car for me and helped me brace it so it wouldn't roll around. I was able to inflate ever balloon I needed, and then some. It took me a few burst failures to get the hang of things. I still had a little helium left in the tank when I was all finished. Perfect. Dropping it back off was just as easy, and here's the best part. I picked the tank up on Saturday for a Sunday party, returning it on Tuesday because they are closed on Monday. There was no additional charge. Even though I had the tank for three days, technically. A few things you need to know: they are closed Sunday and Monday, as I said, so plan your pick up accordingly. Also, they can't take credit cards. So make sure you have enough cash for your helium AND the deposit. I didn't when I first arrived and had to run to an ATM. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back the next time I need a tank of helium. No doubt about it.

All things that were important to me. I had another company out first and definitely was not feeling the same way afterwards. I knew when purchasing this home that plumbing would eventually be an issue so I had to decide between a simple slab repair for one spot of old plumbing or to just bite the bullet and repipe the entire house. After deciding that a repipe of the entire house was the right decision for us, especially since our home is 60+ years old, the crew go right to work. Let me start with personally naming some of the crew that worked on our project. RAY, RALPH, DAVID, VICTOR and JUNIOR were each great to have on our project. These gentlemen treated our home as if it were theirs and I never had to worry about the quality or cleanliness of their work. They gained my trust quickly, which is extremely rare in todays world and it was greatly appreciated. Updates daily, making adaptations to the plan as necessary when they saw things that could be improved upon. These men replaced every fitting, pipe and connection, shower valves, etc throughout our entire house giving us peace of mind, something we really wanted. As the project developed, we also asked about investigating our cast iron drain pipes, as we have had a couple of flooding episodes in our garage from the laundry. Well, after camera videos and assessing a few drains, we also saw we desperately needed updating and replacing of many of our drains. Jose and the crew were willing to add on another chapter to this project for us. It added time to the project, but very reasonable as the crew worked non stop daily for a couple of weeks straight. Jose is very responsive to questions. Also appreciated this. The prices were extremely fair and with the quality of work that was done, I would HIGHLY recommend KLEAN PLUMBING to anyone looking for an excellent plumbing company.
