So quick, efficient, informative, attentive, honest and most important to me they were always so kind. If I had to do the process all over again the Jevon's Team would be it for me. I definitely made the right move contacting BoA for my mortgage loan but it was even better when I talked to Jevon. He gave me a rate that is very competitive with other major lenders. On top of that, Jevon constantly in communication with me to walk through the lending process from beginning to end. I ran into a snag with proof of documentation but he and his team member, Alissa, worked hard to get the docs to underwriting so that we can close escrow expeditiously. What an awesome team! read more

Jevon is OUTSTANDING when it comes to financing a home. He is trustworthy, resourceful, and hardworking. He was able to help me purchase my first home with the best interest rates possible and lowest closing costs. I compared his numbers with two other financial institutions, and he was able to beat them all. Throughout the entire loan process, he was clear and concise with his communications and took the time to answer all my questions. He was extremely efficient and timely with all collaborations with the underwriter, mortgage coordinators, and escrow officers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jevon Perra for ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A HOME. read more

Let's start with some things we can agree on... major purchases are inherently stressful and most sales people have a singular interest, to make the sale. I wasn't sure if I would be able to buy a home but Jevon and his team walked me through everything that would be asked of me and made the process as pain free as it can be. We had to figure out how to properly document my income, interact with the selling agent within a tight time frame and round up various supporting documents to get things moving. The process felt like I was being helped and not like I was being sold to; I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. If you need a home loan, it is worth giving Jevon a chance to earn your business :) read more

Jevon knows his stuff, is extremely professional and kind. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to get a home loan.

Talk about making a home buying process a breeze. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had purchasing my first home. Jevon came very highly recommended and I can see why. From day one, Jevon made me feel comfortable and told me straight up about how the whole process would play out and he was right on! When I finally found the home I was interested in buying, Jevon went above and beyond and contacted the seller to tell him, if he chose me, I was a sure thing and my loan would have no problem going through. When I got the good news the house was mine and everything went through as Jevon promised it would, the seller later shared with me that it was the efforts put forth by Jevon that sealed the deal. Jevon you're the best! I will continue to share my awesome experience and will always highly recommend you. read more

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Jevon through transactions with my clients. Even in the most difficult of situations Jevon has made himself available to me as a knowledgeable resource for all of my clients home loan needs. Jevon is an amazing loan officer and truly one of the best in the business. He is smart, professional, honest and truly cares about each one of his clients. If you need a home loan, Jevon is a person you can trust and I can't recommend him highly enough! read more

Jevon is absolutely amazing. When making one of life's most difficult decisions, it's nice to know that someone like Jevon is on your side. He's quite knowledgeable and he has not led me astray. He will not give me information that he doesn't know just to sound smart. I've dealt with many lendors in the past where they just want your business, and will say anything to do so. They come off desperate and arrogant, which is why I'm so glad I came across Jevon. He's also very personable and has great communication skills. I think his communication skill is his greatest forte and I very much appreciated the fact that he never left me feeling like I was in the dark during the loan process. Buying a house can be scary, but with the right person on your side, it can be an absolute enjoyable experience. Signing the papers still sucks, but at least technology is improving in that area as well. Thank you Jevon! Look forward to working with you again in the future. read more

Jevon was referred to me by my real estate agent. To be honest I was sceptacle after attempting a loan with 2 other loan officers that were unable to fulfill their promises. It turned out that being that I'm self employed, this would make my approval process more challenging. Jevon and his team worked delligently and were very professional in there communication with me. I don't leave reviews very often, except I felt Jevon and his team earned 5 stars from me. I would use them again and will be happy to refer them. Thanks Jevon. read more

Jevon and team were very easy to work with and remained on top of the process throughout. I gave him 3 weeks to close and my loan changed twice in the last week but he was still able to close on time. His and his team's communication was great. More importantly, he provided solutions on how his products can help achieve my goals. I've worked with other mortgage brokers before, who only commented on ideas I provided to them. It was refreshing to have a broker who has a solid understanding of his products to provide clients great ideas. I would recommend and use again. read more

I've had some bad experiences with lenders who talk a big game and then can't follow through. Fortunately, that wasn't the case with Jevon Perra. My friend and real estate investment "guy" (everyone has one of those right?) had been trying to connect me with Jevon for months and I'd just been too busy. Well, he was persistent and I'm glad I finally listened to him. Jevon is a great lender and more importantly a great person. He has a fascinating background that helps him bring leadership and communication skills to the table that you don't see very often. His follow up was excellent and I always felt that I was "in the loop" and he was on top of it. It's fantastic when you become friends with someone you meet through business, and I definitely see Jevon and I being friends and grabbing lunch or a drink and talking sports or business for a long time. I definitely recommend you give him a call, and let him know Jon sent you through Yelp. read more

Jevon was great to work with during our home search and purchase process. He was very responsive to all our questions and had fast turnaround on every step of the process. Even during a busy & competitive market. He is enjoyable to talk to. He even took the time to give us some welcomed advice when we were freaking out during the emotional rollercoaster that is home buying. He also had referrals to tangential services we needed that also made the process easier for us. Would highly recommend Jevon when looking for a mortgage lender! read more

I'm long overdue writing this review. This was my first experience in real estate. I consulted a buddy of mine who was a realtor and he recommended that I work with Jevon and his team. My buddy works with Jevon exclusively and after my experience, I definitely understand why. Not only is Jevon a great dude, he took the time out to answer every single (dumb) question I had and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the process. When I found the home I wanted to buy, I was asked to cross qualify with the seller's mortgage company. When I spoke with them, they told me that they knew Jevon and said he was a good guy and that I was all set. He said "if Jevon says you're good, you're good" When the competition praises you, you have to be doing something right! I highly recommend working with Jevon and Norma. They stayed in touch every step of the way and put me at ease. They are great! read more

I've tried three different lenders to buy a house in Long Beach that I call home. I met Jevon through an Irvine Chamber of Commerce Luncheon and there were some folks there who gave testimonials about how great he was to work with. At the time, I needed to shop around for a mortgage lender and thought I'd give Jevon the opportunity to earn my business. Since this was my first home-buying experience, there's so much that you don't know. Jevon walked me through every step of the way and was super patient in answering all of my questions. I purchased a new development so I had to endure a long 6 month waiting period from making my first deposit, to going through escrow, and then closing. Jevon was very attentive to my needs. He explained the entire process to me in great detail, he answered my phone calls, returned emails promptly and constantly gave me updates throughout the 6 month process. The best part (and really the only important part) is that Jevon closed my loan ON TIME (actually - 1 day early!). This made my experience with escrow smooth and stress-free. At no point in time was Jevon or his underwriters demanding last minute items from me. Jevon even took the time to meet me at the escrow company at 6pm when it came time to signing my life away. He worked alongside the escrow notary to clarify things and answer my questions. Jevon is competent, trustworthy and I would definitely recommend him. read more
