As a real estate professional I can say with extreme confidence that Concord Escrow is phenomenal. Every-time we have a deal with Samantha not only is she great at her job but she is patient, knowledgeable, and takes her time to explain everything to her clients. You can tell she's seen it all because nothing rattles her. We will be using Samantha and Concord for many years to come! read more

As a real estate agent, I deal with lots of different escrow companies, and I must say hands down Concord Escrow is my favorite and the one I'm going to choose every time if I get the option. Mary Marinko is my favorite officer there, but the whole entire company from the owner to the front desk staff is truly 5-star. I would go so far as to say if the agent on the other side wants to use a different company, I'm going to do my best to get them to give Concord a try because it really is going to make a huge difference in the smoothness of the transaction. Not only do they turn things around quickly, but they are always anticipating every little hiccup and making all the parties aware before the hiccup becomes a full blown issue. I'm not sure if that comes from their years of experience - of seeing every kind of weird thing that can cause escrows to delay or derail - or if it's more of the personalities that make up this exceptional team of professionals - an amazing balance of genius brains, attention to detail, and calm levelheadedness in the face of time pressure and emotionally charged situations. But whatever it is, I'm telling you every time I've introduced my clients or colleagues to Concord, I end up looking like a genius myself. No transaction is without its curve balls, but with Concord to anticipate and creatively solve issues, keeping everyone breathing with a sense of humor and focused on our ultimate goals, and their work ethic that gives you the feeling they are personally vested in the success of each transaction enough to go above and beyond when necessary, I always have happy clients when all is said and done. Please do yourself a favor and choose Mary at Concord any time you get the chance! read more

I have worked as a TC for many years and have had the pleasure of working with Mary Marinko, an escrow officer at Concord Escrow. She is an excellent communicator, and her attention to detail is second to none. I have always found it easy and enjoyable to work with her on all escrows. I highly recommend Mary Marinko and Concord Escrow for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy escrow service. read more

A follow up to my original post, further showing disappointment in this company. After my Yelp review I was contacted by phone on 9/28/2020 by the owner, Susan Blanchard. She stated she was very concerned as to my post and wanted to talk further about my experience. She concluded the conversation stating I should expect an apology from Danielle, as that is not how Susan expects customers to be dealt with. She also stated I should look for something additional in the mail as a way to say she was sorry for the difficulty I endured. Well, it is October 21st (almost a month from when we talked and I have not received either of what she promised). read more

Concord Escrow was amazing.. They did the job and did it professionally. Happy to do business with you. Thank you!

I recently closed a deal with Concord Escrow and I'm extremely satisfied with their work. As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't choose this escrow company, but I feel fortunate that the seller did. Samantha, my representative, was informative, and patient, and gladly answered all my questions. I highly recommend Concord Escrow for their outstanding service and hope they continue to help others as they helped me. read more

This escrow company has been in business for almost two decades. Usually I stray from saying cliches but their service is definitely "you get what you pay for." Although they are not the least expensive, but rather on the higher side, the escrow agent I used is almost always on point. I've dealt with a lot of escrow companies and I found that the escrow officer makes and breaks a company. This is also an escrow company that is NOT part of or owned by a Title Co., Lending Co., or RE brokerage, which is to me very annoying at best and so not a neutral third party in my eyes. (solely my opinion and experience) There are three basic parts to a good escrow officer...first is knowledge. Second is experience, which people say it goes hand in hand but that's not true. I've dealt with many that have a extended track record but no nothing about short sales and REO's. The third is going above and beyond, which may sound simple but it's not. Even if you go the extra mile it won't matter if you don't have the knowledge so it's just wasted time and money on all parties involved. Like many escrow companies this one has a few escrow officers so I don't know or worked with many of them at this office. But the one I've worked with is excellent in her field. She keeps the file on track, while tends to all parties involved making everyone happy, except for the very crazy clients that are never content or happy. In a stressful industry you need a great team to work with...and this is one of them. read more

I have used Concord Escrow for my personal home purchases and refinances for the past 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Samantha Cheney and Danni Chvostal are the best in the business! They are the most knowledgeable escrow officers we have used. Their office is always friendly and they are very accommodating with special requests. I am also a loan officer and will use and refer no one else! It doesn't get any better than this! We will be using them for years to come! read more

Mary Marinko and concord were really really great in the transaction we were just in. We had a deal where Mary had to get us to close in a very short time frame and a rush at the end so another purchase could close on time. it wasn't supposed to happen but because of mary's coordination with the other escrow company, and even title and the recorders office ahead of time we got it done. thanks Mary! very thankful for you! read more

Not all escrow officers are alike. Lyndsay McDuffey, her ability to follow through, continues to amaze each time I work with her. Now working together a few years, there is no one else I would choose to collaborate with. Closing an escrow doesn't just happen without a ton of teamwork. Lyndsay has demonstrated time after time, her knowledge and willingness to speak directly with my clients, always reassuring them when needed. She is able to turn things around under deadlines because of her experience, efficiency, and care. In turn, she has earned my trust again and again. As a Realtor, I do not work alone. To have that trust among a team is priceless. Concord Escrow is a value to any client. I am proud to be affiliated with them and look forward to many more transactions in the future! read more

The most incredible, amazing, detailed diligent staff that a realtor could hope for. Lyndsay was my escrow officer and served my client well, always satisfying her needs. It made my job as realtor and facilitator seamless with the extra touches that Lyndsay put into the transaction for a flawless to the minute close. read more

To be honest, when I selected this company to do my bulk escrow I didn't know much about restaurant business sales. I realized I knew that I didn't know, but now that I do Know, I would never use this company for Bulk Escrow . I will leave it at that. read more

Business does not appreciate the value of time. They should be ready to finish a file after funding has occurred. Banks do not fund at the close of business for a reason. This Company declined to even put any effort on completing business (recording). It's like buying a car and being told to come back next week after we call you to get your new key. Just like that.... I would discourage anyone from using this service. You will not know how bad they are until it should be over, then you find yourself dealing with them again and asking yourself why. read more

Very efficient service here!! The staff here are all super friendly, and trust me I am a retail store manager and I know good guest service when I see it! They exceeded my expectations from the notarizing, to funding, recording, wiring and closing my loan! I called the day of the wiring funds, and asked if they could possibly expedite it and they did within one hour I had my closing packet! Highly highly satisfied! :) read more

Our mortgage company has used Samantha at Concord Escrow for about 7 years and her expertise and service are unsurpassed. She is always willing to go out of her way to help us serve our clients. Her efficiency and attention to detail make us look good. When our clients are in her hands, we don't have to worry. Her coworkers have always been respectful and helpful. I would not hesitate to refer this escrow company to anyone...even the most discerning client. read more

My company has worked with Concord Escrow for fourteen years. The things that I like most about Concord and my team is that they listen and follow up. They email documents as requested, they go the extra mile by delving into a question or an issue instead simply "not knowing the answer". They are efficient, timely and a true business partner. Joann has worked directly with us the entire time and I can't imagine Concord without her. Originally we worked for years with Robin. When she got married and moved away, we were super sad but Diana has jumped in and filled her position wonderfully. Whenever we purchase properties, we are always disappointed when we can't use Concord as our escrow company because no other escrow that we have worked with comes close to comparing. Cheers Concord, you rock! read more

As a Top Producing Realtor for seventeen years it is critically important that I provide my clients the ultimate in customer service. You won't have to play the dial by numbers game nor will you be placed on a long hold. My preferred escrow officer is Samantha Cheney. I would give them a 0 star if that was an option. We bought our house and our lender used concord. They are horrible! They made a lot of mistakes so we overpaid towards our downpayment, and then got a credit towards our principle, which means that we couldn't use our $1200 refund towards our mortgage for the first month. That would've helped a lot since money was tight the first 2 months. We put about $92k for our downpayment, which was almost all of our savings. They made so many mistakes that I ended up reading every single document myself before signing. Never use them again for my future home purchases. Samantha was nice but made a lot of mistakes and her assistant (I forgot her name) was horrible and rude! I've never had such bad customer service. We'll never use them again in the future. read more

I have refinanced my home 3 times and bought and sold 3 houses in the last 10 years. Every time I used Concord Escrow. My Escrow Officer is Samantha. She is efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and provides excellent customer service. I have referred her to many friends, family and associates at work. Every one of them had great results and high compliments for the service provided. I highly recommend this company, and ask for Samantha! read more
