We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.

Not selling a house for over 20+ years things become very overwhelming sometimes. Shortly after signing to sell our home and things got going, in pops Tara Snider my point coordinator during this process. I received a very welcoming phone call from Tara. She introduced herself and her purpose throughout this process. The run down step by step, messages between, letters, documents, correct spellings, and yes, if someone needed a few extra hours to complete a task, that was Tara guiding the waters. All well never missing a beat, always explaining the why's and how comes when needed. And most of all, just calling to make sure I or my family were doing well. The patience of Tara is outstanding and kind, and if by chance you get her as your coordinator, you clearly won the Jackpot. So to say that Tara was a good coordinator is definitely short of the care she offers the clients she comes across. From the bottom of my heart Tara I truly appreciate everything you did for myself and family. We had an intake interview with Chris Carlson who answered all of our questions accurately and honestly. Everything that he shared with us about their management style, good and different, was accurate. Our property manager is Oscar Muratalla and he is wonderful and a trustworthy communicator. Their work is great. Their onboarding process is standardized and thorough. It seems from my end that they respond to tenant requests promptly. Their vendors are industry standard and reasonably priced. I would recommend MR to any landlord who is looking for a straightforward and practical property management group to work with.

Today, my agent and I went to a showing after texting Susan, to see a home in the San Dimas area. Susan okayed the viewing, and after viewing the home, I was sold on signing up for the property. After the viewing my agent tried contacting Susan multiple times via email/phone/text as she was not responsive for multiple hours. I had my paper work ready to send, but was on hold for hours. We then receive a call back (after work hours), to say that the home was actually sold today... No explanation, just that it was sold without telling us anything or updating us. So in short: I wasted my entire day for this viewing that I liked, and did not receive any updates on it at all. It was basically a tease for me to enjoy the home, but then tell me "sorry for not responding to anything, but the house is gone". Awful agent, awful experience, and overall an awful professional experience that led to me wasting my day/energy. If they have a property to view, consider it gone without you knowing it, and that they will not respond to you.

At 3:28pm my roommate received a call from her demanding to know why nobody was there. I also received a call from her telling me she's closeby. That's nice, we all have jobs, too, if we made an appt at 4, I'll be there at 4. I assumed I'd be meeting her at their office, and upon arrival, I was "greeted" by a rude lady at the reception desk who kept grabbing the papers in my hand and asking what I was there for. She made me put all the keys in one of their envelopes and made me write my name, number, and property address on there. Fine, that makes sense I guess. After she taped up the envelope she says to me, "Ok, call Grace now." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? SHE'S NOT HERE? Nope, she's not. You seriously couldn't have told me this when I got there? Is wasting my time fun for you?! My bad if I didn't know that I was supposed to meet at the house, nobody ever informed me of this either. I rushed over to the house like a maniac and ran up to the door only to see her taking her sweet time to finish up her business in her car. She doesn't even greet me or introduce herself, I've never even met her before, but that's my stupidity to think they had the manners for that. She walked around our carpeted house with her shoes on criticizing me of how dirty we are. We're pretty clean people and we did a pretty good job with taking care of that place, sorry we actually LIVED there and it's not cleaner than before we moved in. She said that the carpets were new when we moved in when we know for a fact from our landlord (and have pictures for proof) that it was not spotless and had a layer of dust on top due to its two year vacancy. Get your facts straight. I left feeling angry and insulted, there's no reason for anyone to talk to you and treat you the way they do. ESPECIALLY for real estate agents. It's no wonder this place has such poor reviews. They don't even deserve that one star. If I knew how to contact their management to file a formal complaint, I would. But looks like the bad reviews on here are of the founder himself. Then what's there to do? JUST DON'T EVER USE THEM. Save yourself the grief, seriously, any real estate company is better.

This "host" runs what feels like a high‑fee, low‑standards…read moreoperation: the property was not guest‑ready on arrival, multiple fixtures were already broken or loose, and basic maintenance had clearly been deferred for some time. Throughout the stay, we dealt with pre‑existing issues (including a faulty toilet seat, loose towel racks, and other maintenance problems) that were documented in photos and reported via Airbnb at the outset. Instead of taking responsibility for those defects, the host later tried to reframe them as "guest damage" and filed a last‑minute claim nearly two weeks after checkout. The most troubling part is how the host attempted to justify the claim. They produced "Greenland Maintenance" invoices that, when you look at the contact details, appear to trace back to the host/management company itself, not an independent contractor, and even listed a non‑functional email address. A separate retail receipt showed inexpensive linen purchases from a big‑box store, presented as if they were evidence of substantial "damage." On top of that, this is a pet‑friendly listing with hefty upfront charges: cleaning fee, carpet shampoo fee, linen fee, and pet fee. After collecting all of those, the host still tried to bill hundreds of dollars more for so‑called "deep cleaning" for pet hair and minor chair "stains" that fall squarely within what any reasonable guest would expect those existing fees to cover. It felt like an attempt to double‑charge rather than a good‑faith response to actual damage. The cleaners were physically waiting in the driveway at checkout and entered immediately after we left, yet no issues were raised at the time. Only at the very end of Airbnb's reporting window did the host file an $800 claim. That timing, combined with self‑issued invoices and vague allegations, left me with zero confidence in the honesty or professionalism of this operation. I would not stay with this host again, and I would strongly urge anyone considering this property to read the fine print on all the extra fees and to document everything extensively if you decide to book despite these concerns. Airbnb are now taking action against them, per the screenshot attached of an email from Airbnb.
