I added a star because the property manager was responsive to our concerns and contacted the tenants about the multiple complaints.

I decided a few days prior, I wanted to stay an extra night. They were able to message me and informed me I could book another reservation for the additional night and they would make sure I stayed in the same room without having to check out, which they did. Upon check in, you enter the lobby which has a large variety of seating and a bar. They do have a happy hour menu which I thought was great. They do also offer complimentary breakfast in the morning. It looked pretty popular by the amount of guests that would pop in for breakfast. The room itself was clean, spacious and I loved the whole kitchenette. They have a a small gym that is available 24 hours, and a pool. Parking is $28 per night, but given that you are literally central to everything, I didnt mind it at all. Usually in the mornings you hear vacuums going and the commotion of room cleaning going on, which can make it hard to sleep. I didnt hear a thing! I also love that you need your room key to enter the main entrance at night. Just a bonus security feature. Everything about my stay was great. I would most definitely come back!

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel, and I've seen this with some of the other newer Hyatt House and Hyatt Place locations, they do NOT have in room safes. Breakfast was great. We saw a lot of people getting upset because they showed up at 9:30am and breakfast was closed; they clearly tell you the times at check-in, so people need to chill. Great complimentary food and coffee.

Laura at the front desk did what she could when our room wasn't ready upon arrival. After we mentioned the condition of the chair, she arranged one room with free parking, which we appreciated. Deanne, our waitress, was very kind and accommodating. Gilbert, our waiter, went above and beyond. Both my son and I have severe food allergies, and he took excellent care of us. His service was truly exceptional. Unfortunately, the day before (6/12), when my son had asked staff about safe food options due to his allergy, the staff on duty seemed uninterested and dismissive, which was disappointing and concerning. Jasmine in the coffee area was also very sweet. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. Julie, the bar manager, appeared to be drinking wine every time we saw her. At one point, when my husband got up to look for something, she responded with attitude rather than asking if he needed assistance. The bar was packed with softball teams and players, and it felt like helping guests and supporting staff should have been the priority. Service overall was poor. We requested towels and waited over an hour. After following up, we were told the request had been forgotten. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The chair in room 833 was broken and extremely dirty. We were told it would be replaced, but it never was. Most concerning of all, after returning home, my husband developed bites and went to urgent care...they were consistent with bedbug bites following our stay. One additional disappointment: I accidentally left my Conair 10x magnifying lighted vanity mirror in the room and called the very next day to ask if it had been turned in. I was told it had not been found. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we've had--the dirtiest hotel with only a few friendly staff members. We will never be back,

The hotel was quiet despited being close to the freeway and was nestled in an industrial area. We liked our stay there because of the newly renovated rooms, comfortable bed and living area with a trundle bed. One interesting note about the room is the toilet area is in a separate small room with its own sliding door and mini-sink. It's a bit of an odd configuration but multiple sinks work for me. As i said, the king bed was comfortable, the couch with desk area & chair were a nice touch. I liked that there was a wet bar area that had both a small fridge and microwave. It was a spacious suite and thats what I like. I do not care for the $19 daily parking fee. Parking SHOULD BE FREE. It's really not acceptable to be nickel & dime'd like that. This is not a crowded part of town nor is their parking lot shared by other businesses or hotels. Continental breakfast was included as per standard at Springhill Suites locations. It was decent. Nothing special. Just got myself toasted english muffin & a banana in the am. There is a small putting green in the courtyard area towards the back of the building. Pool is inside.

While I did not enjoy not knowing if I still had a home or not, I did enjoy my stay! Everything was clean and very nice. I had no experience with the hotel staff, but they gave my mom a parking pass without any questions (and trust me, my former father-in-law would have complained about that!) They were rude, tagged team on customer. Lying to their teeth about policy. At some point I had no doubt on my mind that Jose Luis was going to attack me, he is a ticking time watch out for him. Ailed on the other hand was straight up rude, nasty and condescending. They've turned a hotel with so much potential to a dumpster fire. Many of checked out before our time. I felt like a burden on them. The elevators were not working so I had to climb many flight of stairs to the 5th floor after work. I am having PTSD, I wouldn't go back nor recommend this Residence Inn to anyone who's looking for peace of mind. Pros: Janet and Paul, modern studios with full sized fridge, 2 electrical burner tops, comfy beds, nice backyard with a pool and bbq grill. Free sparking water in the lobby. One of the most frustrating rental experiences I've had, largely due to how this was handled by…read moremanagement, specifically Christopher and David. The unit was listed at $4,200. We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.

What's missing from your response is that confirmation of $4,000, which we have in writing. From the start, our only goal was to see if there was reasonable flexibility. An overall $100-$150 difference on a $4,200 listing is standard and was approached in good faith. We were told pricing would only be considered with a strong application, which is why we applied, paid fees, and submitted full documentation. After doing so, there was no flexibility. Our primary communication was through our agent, and we only saw Christopher associated with the listing, so those were the only contacts we were aware of. My husband had one interaction with David, and Amber had a brief call after coming across the listing online, not realizing it was the same property we had already submitted for. The call was simply to confirm whether pricing was negotiable before moving forward. Once any overlap was realized, our agent was immediately informed. There was no attempt to bypass anyone. This review reflects our experience. It is meant for others to understand what we encountered, not for ongoing arguments. We do not see any basis for involving attorneys over a simple review based on our experience, especially while being called dishonest and accused of things that are not accurate. This could have been resolved through a direct conversation, which we would have welcomed, and David had previously stated we were free to share our experience. If your attorneys would like to reach out, we are more than willing to answer any questions. We made a reasonable request, followed the process as presented, and did not see the flexibility that was initially suggested. We consider this matter closed
