Right away he was so willing to explain things that I was uncertain about, he asked me all the right questions to make sure that I had the contractor out, that there was adequate space to deliver the home, listed to me about the width of the home that would be able to fit in my backyard due to the the gates in place. When I was searching for the best home that would maximize the 1200 square feet I was allowed in my backyard he worked with the Fleetwood Rep to find the perfect home and found an amazing floor plan that was designed for someone else. It was perfect and had all of my dream items in the right size. I drove up to Stanton and picked out my tiles, colors and all, such a great experience. During this whole process of September - February not once was he a high pressure salesman, not once did he push for a deposit. He gladly waited for me to get my permits approved. When it was time to place my order, he even helped me remove certain high cost items and alternate with other items so I can stay within budget. My home was ready in the timeline/even sooner than what Charles quoted. My home was delivered yesterday and I am so excited that everything turned out beautifully, truly my dream home that is staying with the guidelines of 1200 square feet. I received a phone call about a half hour before they arrived, letting me know they were on their way. When they showed up, they did not mess around, they were in and out. Two guys showed up, and one came up, took my old couch cushions down, and then came back up with the second guy, and half of my new couch. They took the frame of my old couch, and again returned with the second piece of my new couch. They put it together, asked if I wanted a receipt, got my email address.... I gave them each an additional $20 tip, a bottle of water, and they were on their way. FAST, professional, nice.... perfect experience!

They don't bother explaining that couch set-up includes screwing the feet to the bottom of the coach. Lastly their female customer service rep is EXTREMELY RUDE.
