Then she offered to send a service tech out TODAY (on a Holiday weekend) in a manner which helped me avoid taking too much time off of work. Daniel, the Service Tech, called on his way over and assured me he would be able to help me. 5 minutes later, Daniel's at my meter, trouble shooting and quickly resolved my problem. Daniel made sure that my tankless water heater and stove were working and everything was perfect. It doesn't seem to matter in any case as most all of these experience ratings are bad. In my experience in the Riverside area, the trash guy missed the trash cart. No biggie once in a while. However when I called they assured me both that the trash would be picked up and/or somebody would get back to me to address the problem. I called 3 days in a row and got the same answer and the trash was never picked up (and I never got a call back) and then on the 4th day the line was out of service/constantly busy. I only gave it a 2nd star because the CS reps were nice enough when they were reachable but after not getting a call back it just appears that they are programmed to be nice and put on a happy face to try and appease you off the phone call. If you have an option to use a different service like Waste Management or another more regional/local I would go with them.

I wasn't sure how much helium I would need and he asked me what I was doing, how many balloons, what size, etc. it was a long call, and he handled all my questions wonderfully. Picking up the tank was super easy. They had an invoice waiting when I pulled up. They confirmed again that I would have enough helium (I did) and showed me how to use the nozzle. They loaded it into my car for me and helped me brace it so it wouldn't roll around. I was able to inflate ever balloon I needed, and then some. It took me a few burst failures to get the hang of things. I still had a little helium left in the tank when I was all finished. Perfect. Dropping it back off was just as easy, and here's the best part. I picked the tank up on Saturday for a Sunday party, returning it on Tuesday because they are closed on Monday. There was no additional charge. Even though I had the tank for three days, technically. A few things you need to know: they are closed Sunday and Monday, as I said, so plan your pick up accordingly. Also, they can't take credit cards. So make sure you have enough cash for your helium AND the deposit. I didn't when I first arrived and had to run to an ATM. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back the next time I need a tank of helium. No doubt about it.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and this was the 1st library where there were card options available to select. They had a set of them where for $1 cash donation you could get a limited edition card. I didn't have cash so we got the free ones. The limited edition ones this branch had were Grogu from Star wars, link labs, rainbow languages, and teen titans. The children's library had a cool entrance and kidlet went in there to explore but came back empty handed. Parking was plentiful, outside trash cans were overflowing. There was a selection off the entry that looks like a blockbuster (I assume that is where they keep movies and what not). I didn't get a chance to explore much more than that but look forward to stopping by to spend more time.
