He was…read morethorough in explaining what options were available for the HVAC to continue running efficiently. On January 28, 2026, Dan performed repairs to the HVAC. The furnace would not turn off, and it would only blow cold air. Therefore, he performed a diagnostic and presented solutions to repair the furnace. I decided to move forward with option one: replaced ignition sensor, installed electrical surge protectors for the furnace as well as for the outdoor condenser, performed a level one pull and clean on the blower wheel. Additional repairs would need to be completed but holding off until next year. Dan is professional and personable - someone who also takes his time to do the work.
