I was very clear about where I wanted the solar equipment installed on my home, and they completely ignored my instructions. When I brought it up, I was met with excuses and deflection. What's worse -- Jackson and his boss, Morgan (the owner) -- repeatedly proved themselves to be dishonest and manipulative. I caught Morgan lying to my face on more than one occasion. When I confronted him, he was evasive and defensive. The final straw came the day before installation when he returned to my home and tried to bully me into proceeding with the job. He threatened me with a $2,700 "fine" if I didn't allow them to put the panels on. I kicked him off my property. Morgan has run other businesses before, and a quick search reveals a pattern of terrible reviews and dissatisfied customers. This required large cable and conduit ran 15ft overhead. Alex did a perfect job at a very reasonable price. We didnt stop there.. Kingdom Electric added outdoor LED lights onto my concrete walls and added LED lights all throughout the shop. Alex positioned the lights perfectly and used only the amount of lights that were needed. Alex also did various electrical jobs inside our office including running ethernet in the ceiling. He also wired our brnd new paint booth and added fans and lights in our outdoor storage containers. The jobs were tough and required brute force at times.... Cannot say one single negative comment about Kingdom Electric. On time, honest and does not cut any corners.
