However, the rate here is slightly higher than other Supercharger stations so that may be why. The area is well lit in the evening and I've seen security patrol around the hotel. My curiosity learned that Duke's Rye is from Duke's Spirits and one of the founders is Ethan Wayne (John Wayne's youngest son). As many of us know; the legendary actor John Wayne was known as "The Duke". The only downside, if you need to go to the restroom, which I had to. You gotta go around the structure on the outside until you find Vons that's sort of above the parking structure. It's close, but still felt somewhat inconvenient in that moment. But great Tesla spot. Almost felt hidden in a way.
