Located right in front of the casino parking lot by Telegraph Rd

How cool is this?! 40 stalls (250 kw) nestled right within Commerce Casino parking. You have to pull into where the valet and uber cars go to find the small opening but once you do, just go all the way to the back. There's a QR code in back that you scan and order food for the Casino to bring to you while you charge, or you can just fast food yourself before heading here. Nice to have discovered this little gem of a charging spot away from the 16 at the citadel which can get hectic.

I will give 3 starts. Because people taking spots and not charging. The Security DONT CARE !!!!

I originally came with the intention of just relaxing and window shopping... you know how that goes. Somehow, those are always the shopping trips where you find the best deals. I ended up leaving with way more than I planned, including a bunch of cute clothes and new shoes. Can we also talk about the lululemon outlet? Where have these deals been hiding?! It was such an unexpected gem, and I found so many pieces I loved. Another thing I appreciated was how easy everything felt. Parking was simple, walking around the outlets was stress-free, and the overall atmosphere was much more relaxed than I expected for an LA shopping center. If you're looking for a fun shopping day without melting in the summer heat, I'd definitely recommend making the trip. Just be warned... if you tell yourself you're "only window shopping," you're probably going home with shopping bags.

Parking was great, slightly thought out get a spot just have to be patient. Value for money was really good. There were good prices even it was not a holiday weekend yesterday. Will come again. Prepare for hot weather too: sunglasses and hat.

Disappointed by Lack of ADA Compliance and Inappropriate Questions…read moreI had a terrible experience at The Bicycle Hotel & Casino regarding my service animal. Despite federal ADA regulations clearly permitting service animals in public accommodations, staff refused entry and crossed the line by asking inappropriate, invasive questions about my disability. Under the ADA, businesses are only allowed to ask two specific questions: 1. Is the animal a service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Asking details about a person's underlying disability or medical history is a violation of privacy and unlawful. The staff's lack of training on ADA guidelines and respectful customer service was extremely disappointing. If you rely on a legitimate service animal, be prepared for hassle, improper questioning, and access issues here. I hope management takes immediate steps to properly educate their team on federal service animal laws and basic accessibility standards. That detail makes the situation significantly worse -- suggesting anyone leave an animal inside a vehicle in Southern California during July is not just negligent, it's suggesting an action that violates California state law. Under California Penal Code 597.7, leaving an animal in an unattended vehicle under conditions that endanger its health (like summer heat) is illegal.
