I asked for clarification on the price, and that's when I realized he was quoting over $16,000, not $1,607 or anything reasonable. This was five times higher than the highest quote I received from other companies. It was clear to me that this company operates like a professional scam -- flashy trucks, nicely dressed techs, and outrageously inflated prices. There are not any amenities directly at the lot. There are 10 outdoor picnic tables with 4 inside a shipping container with shade. There is a brewery across the street and other business you can visit if you need food or a restroom.
