It's easy to find the stores and you don't get lost like other outlets it's easy to park and they have a nice food court with variety. I do recommend here if you want to shop or grab a bite to eat or if you're in the area, they do have decent prices and good quality clothing with good name brand stores. They have different stores such as Disney, Nike Factory Store, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Michael Kors, Guess, BOSS Outlet, Beauty and Specialty Stores, Tommy Hilfiger (one of my favorite designers & brands). Converse Factory Outlet, & Gap. Just to name a few. They have vending machines available with snacks and drinks. Also, a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Free parking and close to the I-5 freeway. We went to Gap and Converse, and I bought me 2 pairs of tennis shoes. Get one, and the other one was 50% off. Fantastic deal. From Gap, I got a nice, long, black jacket. Thin material and very comfortable. They also had clean dressing rooms at Gap. Every item has its own value and price. Both stores that we went to had great employees who were eager to help us. Customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We even had lunch at Panda Express. The list can go on and on and on. It has been like 7 years I haven't seen my friend. She used to live here, we used to work together, and then she relocated back to Florida to help her parents. The technician spent about 10 minutes looking around and then quoted me $14,033. He said it in a way that sounded like "$1,433," which was very misleading. I didn't catch it at first, so I asked for an additional quote to run a 25-foot line outside for a 220-volt plug in the front yard. He then quoted $16,077--again saying it in a way that made it sound like just "16077," clearly a tactic they train their staff to use. When I asked when they could start, he said "right now" and nearly started breaking open my wall before I made him stop. I asked for clarification on the price, and that's when I realized he was quoting over $16,000, not $1,607 or anything reasonable. This was five times higher than the highest quote I received from other companies. It was clear to me that this company operates like a professional scam -- flashy trucks, nicely dressed techs, and outrageously inflated prices. I rarely write reviews, but this level of deception is unacceptable. Be extremely cautious and avoid them at all costs. I hope Google takes action against fake positive reviews that seem to prop up companies like this.
