Upon speaking with Anthony over the phone, he was able to sort out what he could do for me. I was priced at $296 for a flatbed towing truck and asked Anthony to drop me off at a location 17 miles away. Initially I was willing to pay for his service ahead of time but Anthony preferred I paid him in person, which is perfectly fine with. The day of service, Anthony communicated well by informing me when his previous job would end and when he would be arriving. Something I was pleasantly surprised by. After my car was hooked up to the truck, our 17 mile trek began. The drive was smooth and safe as he made careful driving decisions. All the while, we held nice conversations throughout the commute about one other's lives. Unfortunately, the location I was dropped off at did not have good cellular service so I had to pay Anthony a few hours later. He accepted Zelle payments so make sure you have service where you're being dropped off at to avoid my audition. Not only did the driver leave before we were ready, but they were also negligent and failed to follow basic safety protocols before departing. As a result, the driver's side door swung open during transit, causing major damage to my vehicle. Upon arrival, the driver also hit my front fence, causing further damage. Despite providing video and photo evidence, the company has given nothing but runarounds. Weeks went by without payment for either the fence or vehicle damage. They then had the vehicle towed to a body shop, during which miscommunication and negligence led to hitting my fence again and damaging my neighbor's vehicle, all documented. The body shop later confirmed that they couldn't repair the vehicle for some reason, so we settled on a payment amount for the damages and had the vehicle towed back to the towing company's yard in the meantime. I still have not received any payment and I've been actively trying to retrieve my vehicle, but it remains in their possession. Every scheduled tow, both to the repair shop and back to me, was handled without regard for our time. We waited all day and they repeatedly rescheduled for vague reasons like rain or "tow yard issues," and it's clear they have no respect for customers' time. This company has demonstrated incompetence, negligence and a complete lack of accountability. Even a simple make-good situation became a nightmare under their care. I strongly caution anyone considering them for towing services as you risk damage, delays and a company that shows no regard for your property or time.

It seemed as if he had just been dispatched. When he showed up he told me that he could unscrew my lug nut and would call the company to try and get me a discount. Prior to his arrival I had already unscrewed four, and on the last one, my lug nut key broke! Well, when he called they still made me pay the $130. So not worth it at all. No discount for taking two hours and no discount for providing the service of unscrewing one lug nut and putting on the spare. Which btw, I could've done myself. I will never use them again and I don't recommend them. Now I know to have a spare lug nut key tho. I give them one star for the friendly driver who unscrewed the lug nut.

The service guy, SHARIF SAID was amazing. It was a great joy and Ives me thrill to endorse SHARIF for active needing help. I tried to give him incentive / tip for his work and he would not take it. He immediately noticed as he tried to plug the jumper cable that the red/positive battery connector was the concern. It didn't cooperate when he tried to tighten it. He went beyond that and looked hot alternative solution outside the box to ensure it gets tighten and I'm able to take it for recommended replacement of said connector. I highly recommend SHARIF for anyone looking for service. Truly the value of the menders was met with great enthusiasm and care!!! Thank you SHARIF.

Attempted to use Charging station Hoesung but was not working. Just about to give up when Charging station Tenya opened up. After a couple of hiccups, I called customer service. Hiccup being payment accepted but charging would not connect to EV. This happened about 4-5 times. Charging station Tenya finally worked with customer service having to remotely connect EV-payment-hard reset, so I was to charge for about 8-10 min. Just enough to get through an errand. Customer service was helpful to connect the car remotely. I have Hyundai 2022 Ioniq 5 and cost was around $9.71($0.43/kW + fees) 11 min of charging 18.6 kW delivered Max speed 97kW Why 4 stars? Firstly, I was in a desperate mode. I only had 22%/40 miles radius and I had one stop before heading home. So, I was happy that I got to charge without having to wait an hour at my free charging station EA. The one star deduction was for the pain of not connecting flawlessly and having to call customer service for assistance.

Way better than the others located inside business parking lots.
